I would give them all a 5, but everything and everyone has room to improve. Overall, they have GREAT customer service and made my buying experience an easy one. I am a loan officer and I am very picky/ skeptical about purchasing new/ used auto's, but they stuck to their word the whole time! They even met me at the dealership on a Sunday to accommodate my schedule! Thanks, Tripp, Marty and Cleveland and the rest of the crew!
We just bought a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport from this dealership. We worked with Henry, who was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. He really listened and was fun to talk with. Freddie did our financing, and he made the process quick and easy. It was actually an enjoyable experience! There was no pressure whatsoever to buy, and we got more than we expected on our trade-in. Even after adding a few of the additional service options, we got a really great deal. And we love our Mitsubishi!

Henry and Char were great, no pressure, easy car buying experience. I came in looking for a base Mirage. My credit situation was less then stellar but Char managed to secure me a loan at a very low rate. This really surprised me. I drove off in a nicer Mirage with a warranty for the payment I wanted. Love the car. Awesome dealership.

My mother and I came into the dealership expecting to find her a reasonable new or used car, but I ended up being the one leaving with a car :) Mac, our salesman, helped us in our long process of trying to pick a vehicle that felt just right and his patience and assistance made him a pleasure to work with. I couldn't be happier with the service we received and know that when the time comes we'll be heading right back to this dealership. I highly recommend Richfield Bloomington Mitsubishi!!!
I wasn't really quite ready to buy a new car just yet but after talking with Mac and then Char I realized I could indeed afford the new Outlander Sport that had caught my eye. The gang made me feel comfortable and I found out that they were the same group that I had bought my previous car from just in a different location! Mac did an absolutely fantastic job educating me on the different styles and options available (as well as the colors) and Char pulled the strings to make it happen! And to top it off Freddie the finance guy even made the signing process a breeze. I love my new Outlander Sport and would definitely recommend Richfield Bloomington Mitsubishi to everyone!
I loved my Xterra, and totally credit the safety features in it for walking away from an encounter with a deer on the Interstate. Sadly I needed to purchase a new car. I went here because of my experience with the sales & service departments. And I continue to return for service work.
Got a great deal on a 2017 Camaro! Paid $3,000 under NADA retail listing. Was offered new tires with the deal even though the car only had 17,000 miles on it. Very satisfied. I even have it serviced there with no problems.
The best salesmen and service crew. They all really took the time to listened to what I wanted. Lamar was excellent and was never a pushy salesmen. He followed up with me even when I didn't buy a car on the first appointment. They went above and beyond what any dealership has ever done. Truly genuine people there and freest customer service.
Fast car inspection and replacement of the battery

My battery failed after owning my KIA for two years, a month and a few days. My car was towed to Hilltop Ford/KIA under warranty and the problem identified: battery was replaced at cost of $154.40. I had thought something more serious was the case. Mr. Danny Roque, Service Manager, was very concerned, attentive and helpful in my obtaining a refund on additional towing charges, due to the fact that Oakland KIA, the nearest KIA dealer to San Francisco, could not store and inspect my car for eight (8) days after I contacted them. Hilltop KIA was able to inspect the car, replace the battery, wash my car and transport me to and from a BART station, all within thirty hours after I first contacted them by telephone. I greatly appreciate his assistance and the good service I received.
I highly recommend Piazza Mitsubishi. I was originally looking for a used car and decided to look at the new cars. This is my first new car purchase so I was really nervous at first but my salesman made me very comfortable an did not pressure me.
My salesman Johnny Tofo was excellent right from the start . He helped me get all the rebates that were out there and get the best rate when it came to the financing. If anyone is looking to buy a Kia they need to contact Johnny at FX Capara.
Good people to do business with-knowledgeable and friendly staff. I have never had an issue with their service and would strongly recommend them.
