Steve Parks went above and beyond the call of duty in selling me my car and delivering it!! He was kind, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. I will look for him when I need another car.

FIRST ONE WAS T-BONED AND FLIPPED TO ROOF 3 DAYS BEFORE FIRST PAYMENT DUE. NOT A SCRATCH, BRUISE, NOTHING HURT! HAD GAP INSURANCE, GOT REPLACEMENT 4 DAYS LATER. HANDLES GREAT, V6 HAS VERY GOOD POWER, VERY COMFORTABLE, AMAZING LEG ROOM FOR MIDDLE ROW.
Aaron and Justin D. were professional and honest from the time I walked through the door. Even the people in finanacing were personable and took time to make sure everything was filled out correctly and explain everything I could expect once I left the dealership. I'm loving my new Kia Forte and am so I glad I went to Steve Landers Kia!

JustinD. and Aaron were professional from the moment I walked through. I'm so happy with my car!
Nice vehicle only missing a few bells and whistles

I had a Mitsubishi Galant previously had 217 thousand miles. That was a reliable car so I decided to stay with Mitsubishi. Like The Outlander comfortable ride easy to get in and out of. Has almost all the bells and whistles you'd want.
Bought my daughter her 1st new car & the entire staff made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. We will definitely return our business in the future!
Great SUV for the price

Bought my wife a 2018 Outlander ES, we both love it. It's comfortable with great gas mileage. The AWD was really good the one time we've taken it out on muddy roads, it's also been great in the snow. Acceleration isn't great but it's adequate and it'll go 90+mph on the interstate if you're not paying attention. Liked my wife's enough that I bought myself a 2018 SEL. It's really nice, the leather seats aren't as comfortable as the cloth ones in my wife's outlander. For the price, we paid less than $23k for each, they are great little SUVs. It's also been nice to have the third row for our kids friends and cousins.
My 2009 Traverse was beginning to bleed us a bit every month or two so we decided it was time to shop. I spent quite a bit of time researching my next vehicle and based on reliability, safety and other desired features narrowed it down to a Subaru Forester and Kia Sorento. I test drove a Forester 2 years ago when my wife was shopping for a new car but had never been in a Kia of any sort.
I requested internet pricing from a total of 3 dealerships. Steve Landers Kia responded with an e-mail within a minute asking if they could call. I replied yes and was contacted by phone within the next 30 minutes. The other two dealerships contacted me the following day.
I ended up at Steve Landers that very afternoon and fell head over hills with the Sorento. I felt that I should at least run by the Subaru dealership and take the Forester for another spin, after all it was about 10 grand cheaper similarly equipped. Before that test drive wss over I knew I was buying the Sorento.
My salesman was Steve Parks, a fine, personable man with whom I immediately felt comfortable. The internet qoute i got was for a lower priced Sorento but i was able to get the same reduction percent-wise on the premium model - about 11% off sticker. I got a fair trade value for the Ttaverse. All very painless and 95% of it done over the phone.
The actual purchase took a little longer than was necessary (about an hour) but, in all fairness, we were operating under a very tight schedule that afternoon which increased our impatience. The delays certainly had nothing to do with negotiations. The deal was firm. The finance guy, when we got to him was efficient and offered, but did not push, extended warranties and the like. We were introduced to the general manager and Service Department manager. A nicebtpuch.
Steve Landers Autogroup just recently purchased this dealership. The building is likely mid-seventies construction but it really didn't affect my desire to purchase. They will be moving to a highly modern facility within 6 months.
I really don't interact with anyone else but I observed a lot more on my three visits to the dealership. The sales staff was friendly, even playing extensively with a couple of young grade-schoolers waiting on their mother working with another agent.
Overall I'd have to say this was one of my best - no THE best - car-buying experience in my nearly 60 tears.
Thanks especially to Steve Parks who made it all happen.

Reliable. Love that I have three rows. Very uncomfortable though. Exterior and interior scratch easy. Seems cheaply made. Like the amount of features but people on the other end of Bluetooth phone calls always say they can’t hear or understand me. Lastly car does not hold value at all.
I can only speak for me and they treated me 1st class right from the start.even though I had challenging credit they put me in a new 2016 kia soul in October of 2015.the couple of issues that were recalled by factory were taken care of immediately.my salesperson Lamar Taylor is 1st class and he was very professional and understanding.i am very happy with the service they give and I am looking forward to when I can trade it in for a new 3rd row seat sorento.

I love everything about this SUV. It’s great on gas. It hug the road and rides so smooth. It had so much more room than I expected. It everything I wanted and didn’t know it. Plus the price is unbelievable.
Very good all around service, and pricing. Spent little time doing all the paper work and negotiating.

Spacious, that's about all the good I have on it. I have the 2.4l and has a serious lack of power, gas mileage is subpar, when it is cold outside (-20 or colder) the oil overflows so is a pain in the winter, has good warranty that is another positive however my local dealership/service department is not good to deal with. I think the sport/more powerful model would be a better buy, my fault for cheaping out!
John and Wendy have a splendid staff they work very hard to meet people needs thanks you are the very best dealer I think their shop rocks Adam very good mechanic awesome problem solver Angie wonderful job justin awesome job keep up the good work you guys rock thanks for the strive to help people y'all got my 5 star vote

Love this car! Handles great; smooth ride. Only is a 4 cylinder so it starts out slow but has a lot more pick up than other 4 cylinders I've had. Interior is comfortable and has all I need (not a lot of bells & whistles but that's not a priority to me). Best part about this car is that it has 4 wheel drive.
Excellent service and help, they took the time to explain why a car wasn’t no longer on the floor. Found out that the car I was looking at had problems with the title and so they explained in detail.
Why aren't there more Mitsubishi's?

Most reliable car I've owned. Surprisingly a lot of fun to drive. I own the 5-Speed Manual. It shifts like it's a sports car! It's one of those cars that makes you want to go on more adventures. When considering the price I bought it for, how reliable it has been, how reliable I am confident it will be, and how comfortable it is...I say snatch one while you still can. Really don't know why more Mitsubishi's aren't on the road. Way better experience with Mitsubishi than with Toyota and Honda.
