I bought this used with 33k miles on it, after 10k miles of driving and almost 1 year of use, I must say this vehicle is one of the most reliable vehicles out of the others I ever owned! I got one of the rare ones with a 5 speed manual and it is fun to drive with that trans. The only investment I see coming is a new battery ,that is it!

I HATE buying a car because of all the games you have to play. Here, there were no games. Prices are posted. Either you want the car or you don't. They will offer you a fair price for your car. Either you take it or you don't. No pressure, no games. Just very nice people who were very helpful. This will be the first place I look when looking for another car. I love that you can shop online, put a hold on the car and go and look at it when it is convient for you. None of this, "I can't promise it will still be here tomorrow." games. They will hold it up to 7 days. I only asked for 2 days. It gave me enough time to look around and decide that I really did want the car at Carmax. Love my car, loved the experience. Try them first if you don't like the car buying game.

I originally bought the Car Max warranty when I made my purchase 3 years ago. The $250 deductible was hard to swallow but it was there when I needed it. Thank you Zach for great customer care. He stood behind the warranty and gave us a loaner while our car was serviced.

I love that this vehicle is a suv but in a smaller more sporty vehicle. So far I have enjoyed all the bells and whistles of this vehicle.

The 2020 Outlander is new to us. We have a 2007, 2009 & 2013 Outlander Sport. After 2 months, we completely enjoy it. Fuel economy is fantastic, power us sufficient with 4 adults and luggage on board. Ride is smooth and comfortable. Professional reviews tend to show these in a bad light. However, talk to an owner before you take a lass on these excellent vehicles. We Love Ours!

Came back from deployment and was in the market to purchase a vehicle. I was blown away when I took this car for a test drive. It is powerful, has great view, nice luxury feel of the car, nice memory seats (one also for my small wife whenever she needed to drive it). The car is made is Japan and workmanship is noticed. Nice stitching on the seats as well. The extra specs for the SEL made the car feel higher end (heated seats for front and rear seats, heated steering wheel, panoramic roof was awesome!). Mainly used for commuting to work, but if kids needed a ride, they preferred my outlander over the van! There was a recall but got that fixed easily. No other issues with my Outlander that I’ve experienced so far. Happy customer!

I've had mine for 6 years now and 43k miles. Bought since brand new. No regrets. Great on snow! Perfect size and power for city driving. It's been trouble free so far.

I bought the car with 90,000 on the odometer. The car, when got on it hard, would start hesitating, and struggle to accelerate. The CVT transmission is defiantly a critter to get used to. The biggest negative thing I found about the car is that it noisy on the interstate. A lot of road noise in the cab to the point I have to turn the radio way up! After repairing the hesitation issue, and ignoring the CVT quirks, the car is very reliable.

We bought our 2022 Outlander sport GT in august of 2022… when we compared feature for feature with the other small crossovers, this was our favorite.. it looks nice , has plenty of power and is comfortable on long trips . We took it to the snowy range and it handled the mountains with ease. This is our first brand new car and we are “ seasoned citizens “ So the warranty was also a big selling point . We are super happy with it . Planning on this being tje last car we buy !! I am confident ot will last a long time !

I traded in my 2019 Hyundai Tucson SE for the 2022 Outlander Sport because the Tucson reliability was horrible. Sure you get alot of features, but half of them I don't even use. And the service Departments at Hyundai Dealers are horrible. Now on the otherhand the Mitsubishi Dealer was great. They even did all the financing work before I even went there so I was in and out in 30 minutes. I just wish this vehicle had Active Lane Keep Assist and sportronic transmission so I could use it as a manual. But other than that the Outlander Sport is great and I get great MPG with it. And the service department is great, no any attitudes or issues with service. I would recommend this vehicle to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle.

This vehicle is superb. Very affordable handles great! It is better than a BMW. This vehicle is very underrated. Even though the seats are small, this is a great car!

I bought a 2015 OS ES 4wd brand new. Once we had our second child in 2022 we outgrew it. My mom now drives it… it has 180k on it and we literally have NEVER had to do anything more than routine maintenance. We live in MN and this thing rips through the snow. The 4wd is far superior in the snow compared to awd. I bought a 2017 outlander to replace my 2015 Outlander Sport. It also has the 2.4L engine which is why I wanted it. It’s not as fancy on the interior as some vehicles but Anyone that actually drives one of these will tell you how reliable they are. We have a family and live in a suburb so the most important features for us are reliability, safety, fuel economy, and affordability which Mitsubishi hits all the marks!

Own 2 2022 Outlanders. Both have been great. More bells and whistles than I’ve ever had. View is great and interior is awesome. Seats and driving position are excellent. 360 camera and all the sensors make parking easier. Fits so much. 3 issues I have is no spare tire, center console trim comes undone over time and both had shaking hoods that was part of a recall that took a while to get fixed.

We had the best experience at Planet Lincoln. Of course we got a beautiful new car, but above all, the customer service was superb. A palpable difference compared to walking into other dealerships. Everyone that helped us at Planet Lincoln was friendly, helpful and made the (usually difficult) car buying process a breeze. Thanks, guys! You all really are good the best!

I love my outlander I have the 2022 Launch edition. I've had it since May of 2021 drove it from Florida to Ohio without issue.

Went here based on reviews and was pleasantly impressed with the experience. This was my first dealer experience in Texas since we moved from New York less than a year ago. We met Kenyatta (sales associate) at the entrance and even though we figured out that he was a relatively new employee, he went above and beyond to get us the information and answers that we needed in order to feel welcome and comfortable with the transaction even though we didn?t feel the same coming from Jordan (sales manager) who after asking to speak to a couple of times for some questions made us feel as if we were asking for a handout and not serious buyers, but after Ignacio (general manager) step in he made sure that all our concerns were addressed, made us us feel welcome and confident that we were getting a great deal , he even went above and beyond in taking care of the return of my current lease and gave me some credit for it . But overall everyone else was great the other sales manager and finance manager were great too , not pushy and straight to point. We are very happy with our new Willy?s wrangler 4xe . First the bad. Remote start is through an app only. So instead of simply pressing a button on a fob you get the enhanced experience of waiting for the slow poke app to load. Then it's a 50/50 chance the app has logged you out since yesterday so go ahead and log back in. Now you can select start. But before it starts you have to acknowledge the "are you certain" prompt. After touching yes odds are it'll start. Unless it doesn't. Sometimes the app will notify tell you that it didn't. Other times you'll find out when you go outside and the windows are still frosted and the engine is cold. I could start, stop, start, stop, start, stop my other car in less time. But the app service is free. But only for two years. Oh, if you attempt to contact Mitsubishi through the contact page on their official website hear's the likely response: . INext, in a year and a half I've found one aftermarket company that makes an engine air filter for it. And I'm glad I did because OE Mitsubishi maintenance bits and fluids are, in my opinion, pricey. Minor annoyances are the side mirrors don't always extend and if the radio is off when driving it'll turn on when the engine is shut off, then turn off when the door is opened. And the floating iPad on the dash can't be turned off. It may be darkened but it still glows like a dim black light bulb. The Good. The car is mostly good. Comfy, quiet, good safety tech, all that stuff. Best seat heaters I've experienced. Driving position, visibility, good. Power is typical for the class. Exterior styling has drawn compliments and a few parking lot Q&A sessions. Excellent warranty. I'd buy it again if they'd discount it the cost of an aftermarket remote start install.
