without the frustrating experience of having to wait for a special tool to come in to recalibrate the blind spot radar damaged from an accident, everyone was wonderful to work with. The delay of getting the tool in was not the fault of the dealership, but rather Mazda corporate.

IT WAS EXCEPTIONAL AS USUAL. I CAME IN TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND SINCE I WAS HAVING A PROBLEM WITH MY BRAKES THEY TOOK MY CAR IN FOR REPAIRS. I TOLD THEM I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT AT 1:00 PM (IARRIVED AT THE DEALERS AT ABOUT 9:15) THEY SAID THEY WILL HAVE 2 MECHANICS WORKING ON MY CAR AND THEY WILL BE FINISHED BY 11:30. THEY DIDN'T WANT ME TO DRIVE WITH UNSAFE BRAKES. THEY CHECKED THE CAR AND FIXED ALSO OTHER PROBLEMS. AS ALWAYS, CROWLEY COMES THRU WITH FLYING COLORS. ALL PERSONNEL ARE COURTEOUS. FRIENDLY AND THERE TO MAKE YOU AS COMFORTABLE WHILE WAITING FOR YOUR CAR. I ALWAYS RECOMMEND TO MY FRIENDS TO GO AND BUY AT CROWLEYS. YOU ARE TREATED THERE AS FRIEND AND FAMILY.
Found this car on Cargurus and reached out to Curran. Quick response with every step. Sean (Used Car Mgr) was excellent. Easy to work with and flexible in final negotiations. Reed (Sales) was amazing. Test drive and tutorial on car features was great. Barbara (Finance) worked diligently to finalize this out-of-state purchase. Insurance company I use was hard to reach and instructions were unclear. Worked it out after a few additional calls after I took delivery. Waiting room was a little disappointing but overall, very satisfied.
I went to see a pre-owned Santa Fe. I met with Nicholas Farrington. He was very pleasant and professional. What impressed me the most was the fact that he took the time to learn all the features of the car so when I went to pick the vehicle up he was able to tell about all the features. I would definitely recommend this dealer.
I was only home for a few weeks with the job of helping my mother find and purchase a used car. The sales rep (Sean) couldn't have been more helpful in assisting my mother in this process. He was friendly, straight-talking and responded quickly to every phone message I left. After purchasing the car the finance department (Barbara) made a head-spinningly complicated process easy and hassle-free. She was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and supportive of all of my mother's requests. In the future I'll stop here first if in the market for a new or used car.

Scott is the ultimate professional. His knowledge and love of cars (Porsche) shines through when he speaks to you and shares his passion. I initially met Scott while looking for a part for another Porsche that I had recently gotten (used from a friend). Scott not only advised me about the part, he actually showed me how to un-install the old part and install the new upgrade. The Parts manager did the same thing for me for another upgrade. About a month later, my wife was looking for a new car and Scott took the time to teach her about the various models, not just 'push' her to buy a car. I will continue to be a client of theirs and have told many friends that they should look at this dealership and work with Scott Doty when they are considering a Porsche.
I recent purchase a car from Danbury Porsche in which I had the pleasure of dealing with Shima. To be honest, I didn???t really know what I wanted and whether this make was right for me so I sent an online inquiry to test drive the car. I was immediately contacted by Shima and schedule a time and date convenient to me. I arrived a little late for my appointment but Shima although had another client still was able to get me started with looking at the different model. He then took the time to fully understand what I was looking for by asking about the features I wanted in my new car. I was still unsure about getting this make but a day at the race track plus a nice incentive offered by Shima really make the deal for me. Overall I was impressed with his professionalism and his personal attitude to me why I decided that this make and purchased a new from Danbury Porsche.
We were undecided on purchasing a Porsche but with th help of Shima answering all of our questions we decided to purchase the Cayenne and couldn???t be happier! Thank you Shima for your excellent customer service!
I've used the service department several times and have been very pleased each time, though one time they changed my license name plate without my permission which did not make me happy.
Regarding their used car buyingnprocess, they have a good selection of cars but I found them to be OVERPRICED.
Just picked up my 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan and absolutely love it! Thank you to the staff at Langan VW Tyler, Brandon, Steve and Troy always friendly and helpful. This being my fourth car from them always make the experience a great one!
I nelong to am Explorer forum amd after having sveral peoblems with my 2016 Explorer Sport, I decided to purchase the extended warranty. Lombard Ford had the best pricing so I have them a call Emma was awesome on the phone and made it a quick and easy experience. I couldn???t have asked for anything more.
Emma was polite, helpful and knowledgeable of the warranty information looking to purchase. She offered additional service plans but was not pushy with her sales effort.
