We have been dealing with Bernard Tremblay, and this dealership for about 10 years. We would not consider going elsewhere. Bernard is knowledgeable and considerate and the dealership has a great service department, which has always been customer friendly
With a bit a creative financing Matthew was able to allow me to upgrade to a vehicle that initially, potentially seemed to be out of reach. He also allowed me out get out of my current lease two months early. All the details of turning in my old vehicle were taken care of. I was very pleased.

I was really lucky to found the car I want in great place like raceway Kia, Glenn was my salesman and he was great and very friendly with me form the first until i left the dealer and 2 days later after I bought my car he still make sure everything with me and the car is good! Thank you so much raceway Kia!!!
Raceway Kia listens. I explained my concerns of my current lease. They were able to get me into the car I wanted within the budget I needed. Salesman Doug Perman and his Manager Vlad were excellent to deal with!
Ray.was very efficient and helpful in guiding us through the details of purchasing the car. He and my husband worked through the pricing and we were pleased with the final sale. He also was exceedingly helpful during the final hour of purchase in teaching me the ins and outs of the car. We truly appreciate all his hard work.
Went in on a whim to see what they had to offer not expecting to walk out with a brand new car. I told them what I had to work with, and they put me in a car I liked and with a nice monthly payment. I was in and out in just a few hours. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.
The salespeople at this dealership were courteous, honest and did not waste any of my time during the process of our leasing of a new Kia. Other dealerships could certainly learn a lesson in how to properly treat a prospective customer, as I truly believe they did a phenomenal job!
If you buy a Sportage from them, make sure that it comes with a spare. Unfortunately ours did not which we found out to our dismay on a trip in Florida. Any car which we had purchased previously from Toyota or Honda always did. I would have thought it would have been included for a purchase price of $ 25,000.
I took the 1 hour trip to this dealership on 11/24/18 after doing hours worth of research on the one, specific vehicle that I was looking for (2014 Mercedes-Benz GL 550) with them having one in stock. Finding this specific vehicle for sale is extremely rare as I only located approximately 20 within a 500 mile radius. I completed an online information request the day before and within minutes of sending same I was contacted by phone by brand specialist, Stephen Dorn. Mr. Dorn confirmed that the vehicle was in stock and available for viewing and a test ride. Considering that this vehicle was the exact year, color, had all the options desired, and its general new appearance and what I would consider very fairly, competitively priced and I made the appointment to view same immediately the next day. Upon arrival, Mr. Dorn retrieved the vehicle and it was exactly as described. It appeared to be in like-new condition and didn't take long for me to agree to purchase it. Mr. Dorn was extremely professional and courteous throughout the process. I then secured financing through Barry Crincoli on site. I've owned many vehicles but this is by far the one that I have been most excited to own! Thanks to Stephen and Barry for making it happen!!
We purchased a Cadillac XTS and the experience was fantastic! Our salesperson, Dennis Sloyan could not have been better. No pressure and very accommodating. He explained all of the features of the various models and answered all of our questions. He took us to the various model vehicles to explain the features which was extremely helpful in making our decision. Malouf Cadillac is truly fortunate to have a sales person with the knowledge, and ability to relate to the customer.
