Great buying experience. I got more than I thought for my trade plus a $1,000 rebate. My salesperson, Laura, is great to work with. She is a "no pressure" sales person. Answers all of your questions, stays in touch, and at delivery makes sure you are comfortable with operating all the cars systems. There was no such thing as a dumb question. She is knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Never an attitude. I got a great deal with a great salesperson. I will buy from them again.

I have the SR model which is nice and sporty looking but as I knew before purchasing it is under powered. I am disappointed in the 12 gallon fuel tank. Even though it does get around 30 miles per gallon in the city I still feel like I'm spending way too much time at gas stations. The pump cuts off at 10 gallons and I have to SLOWLY pack the other 2 gallons in. No power seats and on power rear hatch. Just the right size for grandparents. A lot of nice options and I love the adaptive cruse control. No heat or AC vents in the back seat, could be a problem if carrying passengers. Seat material seems to be hard to clean and attracts lint. The auto headlight dimmer works good and is very handy.

Most organized I have ever been, and helps having it all covered! Drives great, and helps cutting my fuel bill! Plus it helps having low miles, and knowing it got plenty of miles to go!

Nothing but good things to say to. I expected the typical slimy car dealership “normal practices” They have definitely changed my view on car dealerships. They made it super easy upfront and honest the whole time. There was a point in time where I thought it was too good to be true. But there are some honest dealers still left out there. This is definitely one of them!

I have owned the XK for 7 years, it is my second Jaguar, and overall, it is an excellent car. The timeless design combined with the power of the normally aspirated 5.0 V8 make it a winning combination. Even after all these years I still enjoy every drive I take, weaving in and out of traffic at 90 mph effortlessly is just exhilarating. While the car has been reliable over the years it is not Japanese car reliable. An electrical issue that drains the battery has persisted throughout my ownership. If I leave it at the airport for 5 days it is fine, however, if it stays there 7 days it will not start. Yet the excellent technicians at Jaguar Central in Houston could find no fault, but that did not discourage them from charging me $300 – and to tell me there was nothing wrong with the car. So, I now just put it on the charger and when I am gone for more than 5 days I take an Uber to the airport. Incidentally, that was also the last time I took my car to the Jaguar dealership – I might as well pay less for a useless diagnosis. The engine itself has been very reliable and I do drive it hard and fast. But as I mentioned before it is not reliable in the Japanese car sense, so did have to change a seal in the crankshaft that was dripping oil. Additionally, all the control arms as well as the shock absorbers had to be changed. But this is probably more a function of the poor road conditions in Houston, rather than shoddy manufacturing. I also had to replace the roof lining as it came unglued and fell on my head – that on the other hand is shoddy manufacturing (or at the very least cheap glue) and should not happen in a car in this price category. The Achilles heel of this car is it’s cooling system. In both the XK and my wife’s XF the water pump had to be replaced. Additionally, most of the parts that feed the water pump had to be replaced within few weeks of each other. The reason is that the parts are plastic and very poor quality, so the lifespan is sort of like an iPhone battery doomed to fail. For probably a few hundred Dollars more they could have made the parts out of aluminum and the cars would have been bullet proof. If you can live with the slightly poor build quality and inept dealer support it is a magnificent car to drive.

The overall experience at Scranton Chevy was awesome. Bill the salesman was very friendly and not your stereotypical salesman he didn?t push a sale or have that shady feel that you would think of when buying a car. The financial officer was also very friendly talked to me as if I was a regular person explained everything in detail and made sure we knew all the options. After the paperwork was done Bill showed me all the options of my vehicle and answered any questions I had about the vehicle. I bought my 2019 Envision a week ago Low miles certified Premium 11. Beautiful car nice ride plenty of pep with the turbo. Moonroof is awesome. Glad I got it AWD is good in the snow we got here in Vt

I found a used Rav 4 online that I was very interested in taking a look at. I asked if they still had it, yes but then called me back later to say it couldn't be officially located. Within the hr I received another call it was found! I was able to check it out and purchased it. Cheryl was great. The only negative I have to say is the lengthy wait to talk with credit mgr & review of extended protection plans. So far I'm very happy with my purchase.

Was looking for a 6-speed manual and the GTI was on the list. First ever VW test drive. Very impressed. Car is solidly built, handles great, shift action is superb, great steering feel. Wife was also impressed. So impressed that I purchased the vehicle the next day. Cannot yet speak to reliability but had to provide rating-Selected average. Only time will tell. Did purchase extended warranty.

I brought my car in for service yesterday and the servcie representative, Alex was informative, attentive and professional. I had a few minor things done and based on his explanation of safety-related items that required rather immediate attention, I just scheduled an appointment for next week to install 4 new tires and have the car's brake fluid exchanged. This review is for the Ex with tech package. I’m the original owner and have been driving it for about 4.5 years (98k miles). Overall I’ve loved this car! The tech package was a must for me and I love the added security of the blind spot warnings. The front collision warning has saved me from countless accidents. The sport mode is also nice. The only tech my model year was missing was remote start and lane keep assist. The seats aren’t the most comfortable compared to my cloth civic seats but I do use the seat heaters a lot so it’s worth the trade-off. The leather is getting some cracks but that’s to be expected with Vegas heat and driving nearly 100k miles. Me and my 5’6” partner have car camped several times since the seats lay down so flat. As a family of 4 we have managed to take a 30 and 60 lb dog with us on many road trips and still has space for backpacks. When the seats are down it’s shocking what you can fit back there; med dressers, tables, etc. The biggest flaw is that the MPG are really crappy for all freeway road trips. Driving more than 100 miles and my MPG tends to drop between 34 and 38 depending upon hills and weather. I imagine this may be a factor of driving close to 80 MPH. In my city, I average 46-48 depending on how much I use sports mode. Also, It doesn’t come with a spare tire. Admittedly I’ve abused this car and it’s held up great considering my very infrequent service and oil changes (oops!). I do suspect some rust buildup on the rotor because they make noise when it’s raining… but that’s honestly been the only real issue with the car mechanically. I’ve only had to replace the tires once. I didn’t need to replace the break pads but I did so anyways to see if that was causing the noise from the rotors. At about 50k miles the driver door button stopped working but it was covered under warranty. Also, the driver mirror motor stopped working, but that may be a result of not pulling them in at the car wash. My tip to owners is to remove the ugly hun caps because the black rims underneath look much better. You can get black lug mugs and covers for about $30 online.

Bought this car used with 30,000 miles certified and have put another 30,000 miles on it. The car is a perfect blend of sportiness and comfort! The seats in this car are by far the most comfortable in the class. The only thing I do not like about the car is the placement of the cup holders in the front as there is nowhere for the passenger to rest their elbows and the small backseat. I saw many reviews that if you are tall this is not the car for you, as a 6'1 male I can still find a very comfortable seating position.

I have a 2023 X Pro Prestige, it has all options, and was tossed between the two top lines, but got the off road for suspension reasons.....Rides great, not a bunch of power, but performs OK on interstate and around town....It has so many safety options that usually come with High end models......right now it has around 4200 miles, and I'm very satisfied, and I'm pretty picky on vehicles. It is a beautiful black with gray comfortable interior......just an all round good SUV for the cost.....But, I will do another review if it changes...!!!!!

I owned a 2012 that was a lemon and a 2015 that was awesome. I still loved both cars but the 2012 had all the first year issues, 2013 fixed half of them, 2014 fixed the last few, and the 2015 had no known issues. I have the 2-door and my only complaint would have to be high speed power. Up to 40 MPH it's a rocket but passing at 65+ it's gutless. Stereo is to die for. We loved the big pano-roof and it never got closed. Many compliments given and pictures taken by fans.

The Sonata has a very nice profile. Very sporty looking with unique lines. The 1.6 turbo is peppy, with very little lag. I average 32 MPH, City/highway combined. On several trips we averaged 39MPH. Spacious, quiet and comfortable. Love the two tone scheme, (silver&Black). For me , the best Sonata to date. I did love my 2012 red turbo, but the 2020 handling is superior, and so is the interior noise level.

Purchased a new car for my Grandmother here. I have never had anything close to the experience i got here. From the initial hello when i walked thru the door, to the final handshake, these folks are top notch! I personally worked in the car business for over 10 years and have yet to be treated better in any dealership. They will continue to have my business for years to come.

My 2018 Traverse is large enough that I (6'2") can get into and out of it with no problem. If I put the 2nd row of seats down, I can stretch out with room to spare. Averaged 29mpg on a 1400 mile trip in Sept. Has more power and better mpg than my 2012 did. If I get another car, it will once again be a Traverse if it is still available.

I purchased this Jeep brand new in 2012 as a 2013 Model, I have since put 150,000 miles on. It is a Jeep and can get a little uncomfortable on long highway drives. I took this on a 3 week coast to coast road trip across the US I would know. It does a great job towing my 20foot i/o boat to and from the lake, but wouldn't recommend long trips with that much to tow. Maintenance has been astonishingly low, the only things I needed was regular oil changes, brakes, and a radiator leak that was covered under warranty. This is one of the best all around vehicles, top down cruising in the summer and 4x4 for the snowy PA winters.

I've owned my sebring silver Z28 T-Top "machine" since new. It has been a spare "toy" car all of that time, with only 20,000 miles on it currently. However, it's looks and feel keep me from parting with it, and every one of those miles put a smile on my face. I have looked at newer Camaros, Corvettes and Mustangs in recent years, but they don't really feel and look as nice as my 97. In fact, side by side views make the newer cars look bloated compared my Gen 3 Camaro. If you are looking for one make sure to find a Z28 or SS with the LT-1 V8 engine. You won't be disappointed.
