Most personable person I’ve dealt with in 30 years of buying vehicles. In and out in less than an hour. He was by far the most helpful and honest person to buy a vehicle from. He wouldn’t ty to sway you or pressure you. Just shot it to you straight. His setup is extremely professional and well thought out. All vehicles are garage kept and meticulously maintained. Provided he has something in his inventory I’m interested in I will definitely be making a special trip to GA to buy again from him.
Certainly not the level of service you'd expect from any 'typical' dealership, but prices are decent if you're informed and very diligent. I used Arian after dismissing another agent who was abysmal, and Arian himself was great. If the they were in the 21st century (digital age) and provided some basic customer service and car preparation, the experience could easily have been 5 stars, but it was not. All cars are sold "as-is" with zero reconditioning or pointing out any defects (it's entirely up to you to inspect thoroughly and get a mechanic to inspect). Since I buy lots of cars and had confidence I could spot any issues and keep any typical "used car salesman" tactics at bay, I was fine buying through them for the slightly better price. If you don't have such familiarity or confidence in the process, then this is not the type of place for you.
Atlanta Best Used Cars is one of the best if not the best Used Car deal I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with... Some of the best looking vehicles out... Have the vehicle I was looking for and a get price... And I talked with the associate for about a week (Moe Basha)... And he work with and answered every question I have... Great great business adventure!!!

Recently purchased a 2016 Genesis from salesman Moe Basha. It was a very good experience, Moe Basha was extremely professional and well knowledge d. He is very cordial and has a good demeanor with customers. It was an extreme pleasure to do bisiness with Moe.
When I first got to the dealership, I wasn't sure how it was gonna turn out. There were a lot of people there and I wasn't sure if anyone would be available to help us. I had been emailing Benson during the week about a car, and now I wasn't sure I was going to get to look at it. Boy was I wrong. When I walked in I told them I was looking for Benson, and even though he was with another customer, he came to meet me and got started bringing my car around right away. He was very helpful and informative about my particular car. His attitude and helpfulness were really the deciding factor into my ultimate purchase of the car. I recommend anyone thinking about shopping here to give it a try. Ask for Benson!

Andrew and his wife are always welcoming everytime I go pay my car note. I had a small issue with my car and Andrew contacted his dealer and got my car fixed and repaired within 3 buisness days. I have referred people from my church to AGN auto gallery as well.

I had a really great experience at Honda Carland. My Salesman Ryan Walcott was so professional as well as personable. I was conflicted between two models and he very patiently kept showing me and test driving the two until I decided. NOT ONCE did he show a tiny sign of frustration, he repeatedly said he just wanted to make sure that I got the right vehicle. Once I decided, the rest of the process was quite smooth and quick. Lauren (my Finance Manager) made that process clear and effortless. I was very pleased with the options that were presented (without any pressure) to protect my new Odyssey. I have a very good experience with the dealership and the Salesperson GaithBekie. He was polite, helpful and attentive to what I was looking for in a vehicle and within my budget. I presented what I wanted to pay for the vehicle out the door. And it was meet. I bought the vehicle and I am very satisfied. I was overcharged by $223.00. Also had a great experience with the General Manager Eric Brinkman. I was overcharged $223.00 and I bought the matter to Mr. Eric Brinkman and he stated that he would investigate the matter of the $223.00 and he would get back to me. Within a few days, he responded to my issue and he said that he would personally would take care of it. Even if he had to replace the money from his personal monies. Which he laid some personal money out of his own pocket. This man has integrity, honesty, character and he values his word as a person. I like that in a man. To have value of his word. From the time we negotiated the price for the vehicle he was honest with me. We shook hands as two gentlemen as I keep my part of the deal as he did also. I am very impressed with him. I would recommend the dealership, the Salesperson Gaith and of course the General Manager Eric Brinkman.
