First Time Service Customer

This was my first time at this service department. I made an appointment for 7:30 am on a Saturday and wash shocked to see a line from the service department area that stretched out to the street. The service team members worked quickly to get all the customer's cars into the area and written up. Mr. Green was my service adviser and he listed me regarding my concerns for my 2016 Nissan Altima. Upon further inspection of my vehicle they discovered that a part had gone bad on my car and immediately asked me how to proceed. I asked if I could see the part on the car, as I am always looking for knowledge regarding the vehicle I am driving and being a woman this will also help me to identify location of parts for further research. He never even hesitated to take me into the service area to show me the worn out part. Upon inspection I authorized the repairs and was later told that the part was not in stock at present but he had already placed an order for it an would expect it within a few days. I really appreciate the honesty, customer service and detail work that is being done at this dealership. It appears that everyone at this location works as a well groomed team customer satisfaction is key here. The waiting area is within the showroom and that early in the morning it was very quite as most customers still not awake. There was a constant brewing of coffee for customers. While I waited every employee entering the area said, "Good Morning", which shocked me as most service area employees never say a word to you while you wait. First time here and I will becoming back again for future service to my car. Thanks to all who made my first visit a pleasurable experience.
