I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My options were limited and they worked with the appropriate people to get the job done. I was not satisfied with my first option and I was given another choice that was to my satisfaction. They are very patient here at this dealership.
Bought a car and had to get some repairs done after 5 months of having it because it is not included with my warranty. They need to do full car inspections before they let customers drive off the lot. Il probably trade the car in after one more year.
Travis Foster is the man. There was a lot of negativity dealing with the sale of my CLS 550 but he stepped up to the plate and hit an home run. If it wasn't for his professionalism I would never have purchased the vehicle. Make sure you ask for Travis👍🏼
This salesman was top notch! Travis went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the car I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a car the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I felt like travis really helped me find the right car for me and my needs by the end of the whole process! I would recommend Atlanta autos(Travis in particular) to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.

My second visit for car maintenance to this facility and the entire experience is based on technology, the best trusted service, and my experience as a customer. They understand that leaving your car for maintenance is second only to going to the doctor and they make it as easy as possible with lots of ways to communicate and address questions and concerns. Visibility to my bill is much appreciated and there are no concerns from booking to the appointment to calling me with updates to paying my bill that wasn't easy and trusted.
Had a very good experience with the dealership and staff.

I have a very good experience with the dealership and the Salesperson GaithBekie. He was polite, helpful and attentive to what I was looking for in a vehicle and within my budget. I presented what I wanted to pay for the vehicle out the door. And it was meet. I bought the vehicle and I am very satisfied. I was overcharged by $223.00. Also had a great experience with the General Manager Eric Brinkman. I was overcharged $223.00 and I bought the matter to Mr. Eric Brinkman and he stated that he would investigate the matter of the $223.00 and he would get back to me. Within a few days, he responded to my issue and he said that he would personally would take care of it. Even if he had to replace the money from his personal monies. Which he laid some personal money out of his own pocket. This man has integrity, honesty, character and he values his word as a person. I like that in a man. To have value of his word. From the time we negotiated the price for the vehicle he was honest with me. We shook hands as two gentlemen as I keep my part of the deal as he did also. I am very impressed with him. I would recommend the dealership, the Salesperson Gaith and of course the General Manager Eric Brinkman.
Our experience at Atlanta Autos was one that was nothing but positive. Shane, our Sales Agent was knowledgeable and truly worked on our behalf as the customer, (Thank you Shane). We received a great deal, and Fantastic Service The Finance agent Jeff was top notch and kept everything on a lighter note, which is great when going through a mountain of paperwork .
