All the guys were very cool with great energy. My dealer did his thing getting my numbers low as possible w/ my circumstances ...definitely feel like I’d get my next car here, this was my first car and a #GREATCHOICE
Stopped by dealership to check out the cars. Manager Chris offered to find me a car and requested a deposit. I paid. He didn???t find me a car within the period we agreed on and I requested refund. The agent was instructed by Chris to fill out the paperwork and promised that I will get the refund within 7 business days. It???s 14 days since then, I contacted them again and they promised to check, but still no refund. I only wish that I checked their reviews before I went there. Only 2 stars out of 5. *** Today is a happy day for me - finally got the refund. I want to thank Samantha who helped me. She was very efficient, professional and polite.
The service at Bay Ridge Chevrolet was great. They opened early and had no wait. Burt was great because he explained everything wrong w my car in detail and proposed solutions. And when I went to pick up my car, I felt like it was brand new. A plus.
I worked with Samantha at the Garfield Ave location and the service was excellent. The staff was super friendly and very informative on what I needed to know. I would highly suggest going to see them if you are purchasing a Used car any time soon!

Was interested in a 2010 Ford F150 that I found on card.com sent an email within a day I recieved a email back went to go see the truck on a Friday. When I got there with my husband we saw a 2011 Ford F150 got that instead of the 2010. Overall we were there for 2 hours and walked out with the keys to the truck in my hand.
Great Experience all around. Me and my wife had been to several dealerships from looking for a great car, with good mileage and for a affordable price. We came across so many dealerships and false auctions filled with gimmicks and scams. From being treated to like a number at Major World to having my credit information screamed across a dealership floor at Atlantic/Queens Auto Auction me and my wife was discouraged. We then read the reviews for Motor City and we set up an appointment with Mezz and visited the dealership to see for ourselves. When we arrived and looked around at vehicles we instantly realized Motor City had very nice vehicles, great prices, great mileage. Mezz was professional, and kept his word on saying he would make sure we get our vehicle, be satisfied and would refer friends as well. We purchased a 2011 X5 Pepsi blue. If you seen this vehicle you would be amazed on how well kept it is, how low the mileage is, and the price we paid is just as great as the vehicle itself. No problems with Pepsi, it's been months now. I am looking forward to buying another vehicle from Mezz and would always go to him and recommend family and friends here as well.
Great car buying experience. Everyone is friendly. What I really liked was their internal communication, everyone made us feel connected. Sales consultant Adolphe is very approachable and personable. Loved his work ethics!
My salesperson was a young man named Owen Wang. Owen was professional, knowledgeable and polite. He always returned my calls or texts promptly. Owen answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns. When he went over the vehicle, he covered everything from bumper to bumper in great detail! I was very pleased with him and my service at the dealership.

I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 1:00pm and was out by 2:40. Seems a bit on the long side to be waiting for this service, but I was very happy with the service the car received and the staff who helped me.
I own a late model Toyota Tacoma and was in need of an oil change and some other minor services. An appointment was made at The Toyota dealership for three weeks away. After calling the Performance Dealership in Butler,NJ, an appointment was made and the Toyota appointment was cancelled. The service at Nissan for a non Nissan vehicle was nothing less than professional. Service Manager Tim Kelly and his staff were tremendous, including Ms. Popper.What a relief to know that friendly service is right around the corner. Thank you Tim and staff.
