Took my car in for schedule 1 service which included an oil change. I bought the car used from this dealership and it had a blend for the oil at that time. About 20K miles ago I switched to full synthetic and when I dropped the car off I wrote in my instructions please use synthetic oil for the oil change. Instead of the synthetic or even a blend, regular oil was used. They offered to change it out but because of time I declined. This is the 1st time any of my instructions were not followed. I have always had 1st class service from this dealership.
Cactus Jacks was a great buying experience. Our credit was not great due to a job loss and medical bills. We went to several places from big dealers to little shops and every where in between. They were the only ones willing to help us and listen to our needs and wants instead of just trying to put us in a car we could not afford. Ken S. First - the car value and description online were exactly what I was looking for. A good quality vehicle at a good price. Second - communications with Jimmie Evans was very clear and straightforward, with no pressure or hard sell. Third - Jimmie quickly brought me to the vehicle when I arrived and let me take a test drive. Fourth - Negotiating the final numbers was done professionally and fairly. Be honest with them and they will be honest with you. Last - drove off with my new vehicle after friendly interactions with all involved.
Purchase Experience Redeemed First of all, absolutely love the vehicle hence I'm a returning customer. I was contacted by the general manager about upgrading my vehicle lease 4 months early. I agreed, completed paperwork, and received the vehicle. There was a mixup in the remaining balance for the old vehicle but I'm happy to report that this has been resolved. I do like this dealership and the people there.

My wife wanted the one car that doesn't book out well and this dealership so happen to be thousands of dollar under kbb. I worked with Ashley in where we had lots in common, and she was very knowledgeable. I wasn't sure if I'd get approved on it but she made it happen...Nothing wrong with the car, checked the carfax, did my point inspections, check fluids, check ball joints; been driving it for several weeks and still running great.. looks like it was in great conditions.. managed to get my payment right where I wanted it with gap and warranty.
I have bought multiple Cars from this establishment and I have to say after shopping around this staff has been the most helpful. They have a great mechanic on site and. The cars I have bought run great, never had any problems. Ultimately I would recommend this dealership to friends and family or anyone shopping for a used vehicle.
Very satisfied with my buying experience. After much research Equity Auto by far had the best prices and did not pressure me. They also had a lot of inventory. Would highly recommend that you check out this dealer.

We were thinking of purchasing a new vehicle and decided to check out East Valley Nissan, which is under new management. We weren't certain which model would be a good fit for us. From the moment we arrived at East Valley Nissan our entire experience was very positive and extremely pleasant. Cassady Russell, Steve Martel, and Mark Enon treated us with honesty, professionalism, and integrity. This was the first dealership where we felt comfortable, relaxed and at ease without being pushed into deciding on a vehicle. They really worked hard to make sure the vehicle was a right fit for us. They answered all of our questions patiently, honestly and clearly. After purchasing our Rogue, we returned with some service questions. Adam was extremely helpful and clearly answered our questions. Blake also assisted us with some of the things that we were wanting to do with the Rogue. East Valley Nissan showed us professionalism, honesty and integrity. This was a very pleasant, positive experience and we will definitely recommend East Valley Nissan to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Easy because no need to haggle. I have crappy credit so having understanding staff to help the process along is huge. Will recommend.
