I came in to this Nissan Dealership to have my tire fixed, it turns out there was a nail in it. At the same time they were able to squeeze me in for an oil change and inspection. The staff was very friendly, professional, and communicated to me what needed to be fixed. I was very happy with the service that I received and with the free wi-fi I was able to get some work done.

My Nissan is amazing! I used to own a Ford, but a deer jumped out of no where and totaled it. I purchased the Nissan and I love it!
Carolyn was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me as I am not an easy customer. She was not at all the typical pushy sales person. I would strongly recommend her services. I am so happy with my car and my experience
My visit to Northeast Acura was a first, not having purchased an Acura in the past. The salesperson, Emily Famulare, greeted me with a smile, and proceeded to explain the workings of the RDX, went over my many questions with precise answers, pointing out features that made me decide to purchase. The test drive really "sealed the deal" for me. Throughout the rest of the process, Emily, and other associates, acted professionally, courteously, in a warm, friendly manner. Five stars to Northeast Acura!

This car meets all of my needs. I used to own a 2010 Chrysler Sebring. Let's just say I won't get anything in the Jeep, Chrysler, and Dodge family ever again. The malfunctions and glitches are endless. As soon as you think you have one problem fixed, another part malfunctions. I'm an All-American but I would prefer to have a foreign car. The maintenance on it will be more expensive but at least the car will last longer.
It’s ok but a much lesser car than what I had. It has no safety features. No back up camera, radio has no bluetooth for music( have to use an aux cord), no heated seats, no blind spot warning, no front or back proximity warnings. It’s a basic car. Runs well, gets good mileage but blows all over the road in the wind!
I was looking for a small SUV with power and space, and the 2015 RDX fit the bill. Ashley Rai and her boss, Mark Verdile, were very helpful in working with me. After the sale, Ashley went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied, and followed up on my questions and concerns in a timely manner. I was very pleased with my experience at Northeast Acura!
This was the best car buying experience that I've ever had. Mark and Sue were a pleasure to work with. They are both very helpful and knowledgeable without any pressure. They had the best deal on the vehicle that I was looking for. They took care of everything. The vehicle was clean and had a full tank of gas when we went to pick it up. I definitely will go back to them the next time I need a car.

This car is great so far. It gains speed quickly, has a quiet engine, the interior is very spacious and the enhanced bluetooth features make it even better. I'm still learning all the other bells and whistles but so far I love it!
I came for an oil change and tire rotation and they also reminded me that my nys inspection was also due. The staff was very helpful and courteous and no wait time for the shuttle to my work.
Most reliable car I've owned.

Meets my needs with power and comfort, and has been totally reliable in very hot/ humid and very cold/arid climates. Tremendous highway mileage. Service at Nissan dealerships has been far better than previous experience with Hyundai, and quality of our Nissans far surpasses Hyundai, too.
My husband and I had to find a vehicle asap due to an accident and this is the second time this has happened to us. Went back to Dan and Mike, and again they provided superior service. Both times, they provided us with a decent vehicle, good price too, and went above and beyond to help. So hard to find people like this today, and hope they don't change. Kudos to your business and heartfelt thanks to you all. Hopefully next time it'll be to trade up, not due to accidents!!!

I've owned this car for two years. I am the second owner. This is my third Altima. I have the 3.5 SL. I'm not disappointed with this car, nor do I dislike it. I also cannot say that I'm overly impressed with it. It does it's job, but I feel that build quality has declined since the previous two generations that I've owned. During the first year I owned the car I was practically on a first name basis with the dealership service center. I had to have several warranty repairs made. This isn't necessarily bad. All issues were resolved. I just feel a car shouldn't need this many warranty repairs under 30,000 miles. Other than that I do love the design of the car, both inside and out, and the power that the V-6 gives me.
Love this Dealership. First time purchasing a car here. Small business and NOT pushy. Allowed me to actually look at cars without being hassled like the big dealerships tend to do. Friendly employees. Felt like I was talking to friends. Only 2 employees (owner and one sales associate) Would most definately reccommed other to check this dealership out.
I've been a customer of J & J for a few years. Best overall experience ever!
