Traded soon to be 5 year old truck for new truck. Juan was on top of his game. Got my payment where I needed it to be. My sales tax was close to 300.00 more than I expected but Steven Williams in finance helped me get longer to pay it. Overall a very good experience!
I had a few different issues coming into the service department. My advisors assured me that he could get everything I needed fixed in a timely manner. I had mentioned a few things and he immediately knew of the updates my vehicle needed to function properly
First of all, I'll say that everyone was very nice to us. However, every little detail about the sale took forever. I was there for hours on two different days trying to get the deal done. The finance director wouldn't budge on the price of the car & even tricked us into paying way more for it than I wanted to (even with a trade in)! I went back to see if I could remove the extra service agreement( $3,000)but they said it wouldn't make my monthly payments any lower. He was such a coward, he didn't even show his face or try to communicate with us after that. You're not that busy or special, hun. They only care about getting your money. Wolves in sheep's clothing...
The work was done but it took a lot longer than expected.

I came in for an oil change and a service 4wd light. The oil change was done very quickly. The service light took forever to get fixed including coming up there and the incorrect part was shipped to Landers. They were apologetic about the mistake but it is frustrating to take time out of my day and my husbands because I needed a ride to work.
Went in for a regular oil change- they had never rotated my tires in almost 3 yrs...and never balanced them or even aired them up evenly...this time they did and I had just gotten new tires...they rotated the tires, but did not balance or air them up evenly. I thought at least a car wash and vacuum was included in the service- especially for preferred members, but no. I just think they could do a little better with the quality of work and small acts of customer service go a long way.
Superior Nissan is now on my list of favorites! Brian Martin was very helpful and informative. Brian, thank you for your patience and the time spent with me! I love the fact that it wasn???t an all day ordeal to purchase my Jeep! We actually went to purchase a RAM for my husband, and were so impressed with Nic Jones we both left in new vehicles. The kids had a good waiting area, too!
I have a 2006 JCW and it's been a really GREAT car, but it's also been a money pit. I LOVE my car and have dropped a bunch into mods and maintenance. I went to several "MINI specialists" in the area and always seemed to have to go back to the dealer to get what they did fixed, so now I just go to the dealer. Their service crew is Top Notch! They are trained and don't think of our cars as just "nuts and bolts". They understand that for many of us our car is part of the family and treat it accordingly. The service area, like the showroom, is spotless and everybody is friendly and knowledgeable. Their equipment is top of the line, state of the art!! Parker even sends their high end cars there for alignment (I once saw a Lamborghini in for alignment and tires!)! Yes, it's a bit more expensive, but if you have to have something done twice to correct another company's mistake, then you are bucks up! The big plus is that they also warrantee their work. If anything they fix goes out within 2 years, parts and labor is free! I've used this several times on motor mounts and a couple of times on other stuff and it has saved me big bucks. All in all, the BEST PLACE TO HAVE YOUR MINI SERVICED, no doubt!!
