Staff was friendly & knowledgeable. Only downside was having to wait for long periods of time for no reason. We were replacing our recently totaled 2016 Highlander with a 2017. Numbers were discussed and agreed on the day prior so that the next day would be hassle free and quick. Unfortunately, do to waiting for so long we were there for 3.5hrs.
My husband and I thought we had thoroughly researched the Nissan Rouge and new that was the vehicle we wanted. Justin explained all if the different styles of the Rogue and made our decision very easy. We were undecided as whether to buy it lease. He took the time to work out both aspects and became our sounding board as we tried to make our decision. We decided to buy and finance through Nissan. Another comfortable experince with Mike. We visited Cochran South Hills Nissan to purchase a new car for myself in January of 2018. We have had poor car buying experiences in the past at other dealerships so I was apprehensive about a new vehicle. We met with Marco Corradi and he was nothing short of fantastic, it was the easiest experience we have ever had buying a new vehicle. His knowledge and caring personality really reassured us we were making a great decision. His name was Darius Singleton. He took the time to go over EVERYTHING. He took the time to go over every car we had in mind, down to the color and features. I found my dream used Subaru through Cars.com at Preston Honda. Caleb was wonderful taking me through the process. He kept me updated on the car's status for more than a week until I was able to get there on a Saturday from 2 1/2 hours away. He even texted me extra pictures that I requested. When I got the text that the car was still available at close of business on Friday, I knew the car would be mine the next day. Caleb took me on a test drive and I committed to buy. The financing process was very easy and after a couple of hours (and snacks!) I drove home in my new (to me) car. They gave me a fair amount on my trade without dickering. The whole process was easy and pleasant. Definitely worth the drive!

We came in never have looked at a foreign car before. Our salesman Bill MCGovern took his time even though he had 2 other customers he was working with. Showed us a few different options, had us test drive and sat down with us to make our decision. All of the staff was very friendly ans positive. Really enjoyed the experience.
