This car is great so far. It gains speed quickly, has a quiet engine, the interior is very spacious and the enhanced bluetooth features make it even better. I'm still learning all the other bells and whistles but so far I love it!
I have been to several dealerships while searching for a new car and this, by far, was my favorite and it's where I will return to purchase my car. They had the selection I had been looking for, the sales team was helpful & knowledgeable, without being pushy and they have proven that they will work with me on my financing criteria. What more can you ask for?

I had a great experience while purchasing a used car for my elderly parents. My great experience started when I first called the dealer to inquire about their inventory. I spoke to a gentleman named Ashot, gave him my budget, told him the car is for my elderly parents and that was all. He gave me few options, the car was detailed, went and looked at it, dropped few hundreds from the price and we were out with the car. Never once I felt pressured or uncomfortable during the process. I will definitely return as a customer and or refer my friends and families.

My Nissan is amazing! I used to own a Ford, but a deer jumped out of no where and totaled it. I purchased the Nissan and I love it!
Kevin was very friendly and helped us find a car we were very happy with. They can be a little pushy at times but they worked with us and ended up with a car and deal we were happy with.
Not bad for a fleet car.

I've owned this car for two years. I am the second owner. This is my third Altima. I have the 3.5 SL. I'm not disappointed with this car, nor do I dislike it. I also cannot say that I'm overly impressed with it. It does it's job, but I feel that build quality has declined since the previous two generations that I've owned. During the first year I owned the car I was practically on a first name basis with the dealership service center. I had to have several warranty repairs made. This isn't necessarily bad. All issues were resolved. I just feel a car shouldn't need this many warranty repairs under 30,000 miles. Other than that I do love the design of the car, both inside and out, and the power that the V-6 gives me.
My wife and I wanted to take the time to write this review for those of you searching for your next car and to thank Frank and Sierra Honda for a great and hassle free experience. Cars.com was a great start, lots of great info and then it allowed us to pick dealers to continue our search. We picked a few but let me be clear, Frank at Sierra Honda was THE most honest, forthcoming and straightforward sales person we???ve ever dealt with. We went locally to see the car we wanted but the experience with Frank and Sierra Honda was so seamless we drove an hour plus away to buy it from Frank! We were greeted like family and treated like family too all the way through the process including the dreaded financial office. Franky was great, clear and concise and just like that we were done. I enjoyed researching and learning about the car we wanted to buy and even all the emails and texts with several different dealerships. But it was time consuming. Now we know! We have owned other Nissans, but never an Altima. We were looking for a basic sedan With plenty of leg room that has a reputation of reliability. We purchased one with low mileage and it feels like we are driving a brand new vehicle. Couldn’t be happier!
So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.
Reliable car with some great added features

This car is a cross between the three things I wanted reliability, style and nice ride. It has some nice features as a special edition that were an added bonus!
Jesse Trujillo really knows the cars inside and out. When we went on a test drive he went over the car features. When I purchased the vehicle he went into great detail of every feature on the car. Jesse is polite, personable and does not over power you like some dealerships.

I traded in my Fiat 500 for this Nissan Altima SL. Far more bells and whistles on this car. Fun to drive, and I always feel safe.
We purchased a used Kia Forte here, the car and salespeople were ready and expecting us when we got there, and all was handled professionally. Only nuisance was it took a while to finish prepping the care after we had signed all the paperwork, we had to wait another 30-40 minutes, but other than that, all was good.
Not exactly what I expected for comfort

Not enough features for the cost ,tight back seat, easy to scratch interior, not as easy on gas as expected or not enough road absorption.
Jesse stepped in to finish my purchase when my original sales rep wasn't available, showing great teamwork. He was super friendly, informative, and efficient. He took extra time to explain all the features of my new car. The staff here works together to ensure customers get full attention.
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.
