Shortly after entering the building we were graciously greeted by Anita. It was a cold Friday and we were offered snacks and hot beverage. Our questions were answered. At no time did I felt pressured to buy any vehicle. We requested to drive multiple cars and I didn't felt like I was testing their patience by the various requests. The rest of the rest were respectful but Anita stood out, she is the epitome of what it mean to be a great customer care respresentatives
The lot at Carite has a vast selection. I came there with a one track mind and was only going to purchase a Rav4 but ended up with a Nissan instead. So much to choose from, the cars appears clean and well taken care of.
I would not hesitate to shop here again.
I walk through the door and a lady by the name of Anita Howard : openly welcome my husband and I. Explained how the company worked and was willing and helped in every way. She was pleasant answer all our questions. Made us feel at home and made this a wonderful experience. Went up and beyond her call of duty! I have already spoke to some of my friends and they are going to look at cars there.

It was time to trade in our 2008 Ford Edge, so we went online shopping. We saw a car that caught our eye and decided to stop in and check out Thrifty, based on a friends recent experience. The car we originally wanted to see had already sold, so we strolled the lot with Mike to see what was available. We looked at a Ford Explorer then a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Very easy going, no pressure whatsoever. We fell in love with the Jeep and purchased the same day! So easy and customer friendly. Easily the best buying experience we've ever had!! Kudos to Mike & Bruce for making this an easy, wonderful purchase!!

Went in considering to buy a car, got a great deal Loai was a superb! He got me approved and it didn't take forever like other dealers, he was sabby and knowledgeable and very charismatic I loved it. He offered me good coffee which matters to me, and I left with my car I'm so excited! He made this such a wonderful experience I will definitely be recommending this salesman to my friends.
What a pleasant surprise in the age of dealers slight of hand ie: I just sold that vehicle or they never had it to begin with, but I have this one instead or misrepresenting the condition of the vehicle. This is a honest up front dealer who does not waste your time with idle chatters and explains all cost right up front. I am the type of person who when looking for a vehicle wants the bottom line number and I was given that with no surprises when closing the deal. I would recommend this dealer to all my friends and family who need a vehicle.

I went to Country Nissan hoping to trade in my lease. I knew I was going to go over my mileage limit and I wanted to own a car instead. I was worried that this would be difficult, however...I still owed a year on my lease agreement. I went to Jason LeClair, and he immediately went above and beyond in helping me find the best options for my desired monthly payment. I never once felt pressured or wondered if I was getting the best possible deal. Instead of feeling like I was playing "cat and mouse" like I have at other dealerships, we didn't waste any time getting down to business, and I truly enjoyed his company. When I met with Saeid Heydari, it was different. He made the process about me and what I wanted. He didn???t try to jazz up and sell me a car or features I didn???t need- but had me lay out everything I wanted (and didn???t) and just made it happen. He was patient and fought for me, as a customer, to get what I wanted for the price I wanted. No matter how many times I sent him back to the ???big boss??? for a better price or to add or change something, Saeid did it with a laugh and smile on his face. He didn???t just sell me a car; he sold me his trust.

I've had dozens of excellent, professional, courteous and friendly service work over a 16 year period. ALWAYS treated like a valued customer, ALWAYS treated with respect and kindness. In return, I have also treated them exactly the same. No bad experiences here at all, unlike Crowley in Forestville, who took my money and gave me the WORST experience in car service in my entire 58 years. Stephens is a cut above the rest. Organized, professional and articulate. Biggest mistake I made was not buying my new car at Stephens. I've never had one single bad experience.
Recently purchased a Buick Regal from Stephens Buick GMC. The salesman Mike and staff were professional and a pleasure to do business with. Interior design is attractive and exterior is really sharp and car is nothing but smooth riding.
I haven't perches a car from them but they are very nice people and they are quick to respond. They are glad to take in trade in cars too. :)
