Ultimately I did not end up purchasing the vehicle that I spent a lot of time looking at, but I thought it worthwhile to write a review of my experience. My first contact was Blaine, the Sales Manager. He was incredibly nice and had his consultant Cody call me with all the information I requested. Cody was knowledgable and what he didn't know he tried to find out for me. There was no pressure and I would not hesitate to send someone there who was looking for a preowned vehicle. They had a very nice selection of cars.
We have confidence in the team of people who keep our Toyota???s in hood condition. Their reminders help us stay up to date with maintenance. Explanations nd print-outs of performed service are thorough.

I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I was looking for a Honda Fit and found many listings online. I emailed several asking for the VIN or Carfax. One kept saying it would send a VIN but never did. Another insisted I should call him first. Charlie's stood out because far from hiding, it had posted the Carfax in its listing.
It was a good history, so I emailed late Friday night to say I was interested. Larry responded by email first thing Saturday morning, giving his cell number.
By the time I called he was taking the car to be checked out. When I asked if there was room to negotiate on the price, he said there was some and he'd know more after the inspection. He called back to say that it needed new tires, so he'd gone ahead and had them put on.
He then warned me that it had a broken side mirror and detailed a few cosmetic issues (it was a 2007 model) and quoted a very fair price. My wife and I drove down from Ann Arbor and he handed over the keys for a test drive. All went well and we came back to close the deal.
Matt handled the paperwork very professionally, including the Michigan title application. There were no surprises - the price was exactly as agreed. We got a great car at a great price, and had the best car-buying experience of our lives.

I had a friend suggest it to me and checked out the reviews online & decided to give it a chance. Very friendly environment and the sales people seemed very trustworthy. I have had a bad experience in the past with other dealerships and am very happy with my decision to come to CarSmart.

I was leasing a Sentra for 3 years and Dino got me a great deal and worked with all my stipulations and I had no problems the whole 3 years I had it. When it got close to time for me to release, Dino reaches out to me and got me approved overnight. When I went in, I test drove my ROGUE and he had all the papers already ready for me so it was quick in and out. Everyone was great, Dino is fantastic and I???ll recommend him to everyone that asks. I???m obsessed with my vehicle and plan on always coming back to Nissan when it comes time for a new car!!
