I love the car, and it’s a joy for me to drive it everyday and see it out on the driveway when I wake up. We were in the market for the just released Nissan Leaf 2019. We aren't frequent buyers and are specific about what we want. Xochilt ("Sochi") worked with us over a few weeks to get us exactly what we wanted. She's was very polite and accomodating (especially with our 6 and 8 year old boys) through the whole process.
We've also had service done here on our older Versa and it's among the most organized and customer service oriented service stations I've ever used.

I was not expecting to leave with a 2019 but I did! I came in with an loan that was upside down the whole time. But Maria came and scooped from the lot in the front although I was hesitant, she was a breath of fresh air as a sales person. I came expecting a 2017 or 2018 and left with a fresh toy out of the box. Thank you Maria!
My salesman was very helpful. He put himself out to get me the best deal he could possibly give to me. Even after the purchase he followed up to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Normally I love looking at cars but hate going through the buying process. This time the sales department and the finance department both worked well together and actually addressed my concerns instead of simply treating me like a faceless sale. I told the finance department that I was in a rush and they got me through the paperwork in twenty minutes, that had to be a record!

All around great experience at Martin Nissan. Came in looking for a Rogue and asked for Dwayne given good reviews I???d seen - he didn???t disappoint. Friendly, knowledgeable, and patient as I weighed price and options. I thought what I really wanted was a bit out of reach, but he and Fred in Finance made it happen. Great environment overall, everyone making sure you are taken care of. Would definitely recommend them!
While traveling to Cleveland the day before Thanksgiving, our Veracruz died on the I90 turnpike in the middle of the night and was towed to Webb Hyundai. James and Rich in the Service Department were absolute lifesavers and made it priority to get us back on the road asap. The repair (a bad alternator) was very reasonable and service was exceptional. Without their help (Nico too), our holiday would have been ruined. Everyone involved went above and beyond and treated us like family. Many many thanks to them all. My wife and I purchased a 2019 Kia Soul on 11-23-2018. Our salesman was Earl Nymeyer. Earl has many years of experience at this dealership and was very knowledgeable and professional. Earl took the time to show me the service department as well. Tom in finance knows the business and the process and was very efficient and professional. We were in and out in an hour to close the deal as opposed to the several hours of waiting around we experiences with our prior purchase (3 months ago at another dealership). We had looked at 4 other vehicles in this class (Honda, Buick, Subaru and Hyundai). The Kia was the best quality, warranty and value proposition. The transaction was smooth and the experience was not high pressured. We just took delivery of the vehicle a few days ago but thus far we are really enjoying our new Soul. No regrets.
