I made an appointment with a sales person who contacted me by phone in response to a website enquiry I made. The sales person was waiting for me when I arrived, took me out for a test drive and handled the sale thoroughly and professionally. There were one or two minor maintenance issues I wanted the service department to check before taking the car, so they kept it over the weekend. The service manager called on Monday to update status and kept me informed. I picked up the car on Tuesday and have been pleased with it. Price was what should be expected for the make, model and mileage according to Cars.com, NADA and Kelly Bluebook.
Just got a new 2018 Pearl White Crosstrek from CARR Subaru in Beaverton Oregon. Those guys were great to work with. Thank you Sam Fontanos for helping me pick out a great car. My positive experience was due to working with Nigel Erickson, the salesman. I spent weeks deciding, and trying cars. I purchased a car and decided to upgrade and he took the time to find me the car I wanted buried behind others cars, in a storm, at night and at a different location. He was always positive, helpful and professional . I got to know him a bit over time and found he has big heart. The dealership is quite lucky to have him. He has worked in a caring profession in the past, taking care of others, but now he is a salesman. The skills carried over because his big heart is obvious. I felt appreciated as a customer and a person. I wasn't treated as less because I am a female purchasing a car. I felt valued and it made me want to continue working with CARR in the future. Vince , Israel and the rest of the staff are fantastic to work with! Our company van was well past its prime and needed replacement. We have purchased 43 vehicles over the years and we have never been disappointed!!! Vince, never stocks any junk vehicles and they are always the cream of the crop for used autos. You would be stupid to buy from any other dealer!
I took my Dodge Ram to Ron Tonkins for recall repairs. I was greeted at the service desk by Jolynne’s smiling face. She was friendly, professional and efficient from the get go. My truck was repaired via the Express Lane and I was quickly back on the road. I’ve done business with Ron Tonkins service twice now and both times they over delivered. Unless, apparently, you go to the right dealer! We found Dick Hannah Nissan to be courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Danny listened to us and found us the right vehicle for our needs. I would recommend this dealership without hesitation!
Helpful, attentive and friendly staff. I had called ahead and gave a time that I would be there. The vehicle was pulled up and ready for us to test drive when we arrived. They made the whole process effortless on our part.
This 5 stars in for one employee in particular. Tim Gardner in the service dept. My little story... I had recently purchased my vehicle on April 1 & had to return it on April 4th due to the speakers, window and a little idle. It was now 4/16/2018 and my car was still not finished because the speakers were missing a part that need to come from Korea, they told me my car would be finished no later than Monday and that was a promise...So long story short everyone I spoke with said they would call me back and help me figure this out and no one did, they called with the same info about waiting for a part but no new news. Thankfully I called in 4/17/18 to check on my vehicle on when the part will be in and Tim (which was my first time speaking with i'm through these couple of weeks.) and he said the part was scheduled to arrive on 4/24/18 I was furious. Here I am driving loaner cars and not even able to enjoy my new car for a whole month. He listened to me and quickly went into action and said I am going to help you, we are going to fix this. Literally in 2 hours he called back said that they can get my car to a certain place and they can do it if I agree and also offered me a couple of other things and said I will get your car to you by today or tomorrow after he explained this to a manager. All in two hours! and I couldn't get a straight answer for two weeks! Tim called me when it left car max and when it came back and tested the stereo for me himself! He completely turned my whole experience back to a positive one again and now I am truly happy he went above and beyond and keep his word! He was very kind and put actions to his words! He is definitely the highlight of my week! now I can drive my new car thanks to TIM Gardner.! Thank you TIM! You don't know how happy we are!

I have never bought a car so easy as I did here. The process was quick and painless just the way I like it.
The finance part for the car took like a 10 minute process. The no haggle price is the price and there's no back office person dictating the sales rep to get more money more money on the sale. It's all done at the desk you sit at drone start to finish, just you and the sales rep.
I rolled out in my new car in a half hour total..

Our sales associate was very friendly and helpful. It was my first time buying through a dealership and he made it very easy. The car was in very good condition and the miles were excellent. They wouldn???t lower the price any, or remove the anti-theft code fee, but I feel like we still got a great deal, and they were pleasant to work with. We were able to drive the car off the lot that night and it???s been a great car so far!
Walking in, I was unsure of what my outcome of my goal would be. I've been searching for a new upgrade for a few months prior to purchase to make sure I would have a good deal. When I met Jeremy and Jeff, they made us feel welcome. My parents like the way the car was described anlong with all the safety features. When the negotation began, we were very pleased in the professional way that Jeff spoke to us and showed us the information. We were very pleased with all they way they answered our concerns and our questions. Especially when Jeff said he would call and check in with me a few days after the purchase. Forever in eternity, I was pleased, amazed and felt confident with this purchase. I am still however, still in a sticker shock of mind that I rolled off the lot with the car having it all in my name! I had been car searching for five weeks due to my auto dying beyond expensive repair. I had been fortunate to happen upon Kyle Moderhak at Hertz, Portland. He was exceptional, and a wonderful breath of fresh air. If it were not for his knowledgeable, respectful, and courteous manner I would not have purchased from Hertz. Kyle brought me directly to the auto which fit the parameters I had presented to him. He did not try to up-sell another auto, as others had. He remained calm, and did not hover, ingratiating himself. They were $4000 less than the lowest competitor on the same type of car. It was fast, friendly and easy. We live across the bridge in Washington and it's about 20 minutes to get there and well worth the drive. I'm telling everyone to go there and save:)
I don't buy cars very often & am somewhat intimidated by the expected high pressure sales process. Not the case here. I had done my homework & was ready to buy a specific car when I arrived. The price was right, the terms agreeable, the location conveniently close to home, the people friendly & informative. Maureen,Todd & the nice fellow from New Zealand made this a painless experience & took care of my needs almost before I knew what they were.These folks are an efficient & personable team. Not once did I feel rushed or "handled". They were accommodating to my requests & took care of the paperwork swiftly. I'd definitely consider buying from these guys again.
