I finally took advantage of my "Free" oil change and was delighted to learn that it was free and that additional work not necessary. The facility was clean, waiting area nice, the technician didn't overdue or upsell other work as I expected. It did take a long time, apx. 2:45 for an oil change on an appointment, not so good but they had to wait for parts as I added a few filters to the mix. Nice people. I'm glad they got rid of that other service manager.

I was however pleasantly surprised by my experience with Balise Nissan of Warwick.Buying a car for my wife proved to be painless and effortless.It was a corrective experience and effortless as well.The car had all the features I wanted.The sales associate facilitated a positive buying sale.Austin Lusignan even followed up with phone calls to make sure we were happy.I will return to the Balise dealership for “my” next car.I hope Austin will be there to make the purchase painless and productive.

Did research and found several cars that were at Prestige and scheduled an appointment in EP thrubthe 800 tel number. A little confusion because I was also interested in 2 cars at Taunton location but because I was in RI arrangements were made to drive other cars to the EP lot. Met Jiose and he showed us the car we wanted to see and several others that matched our criteria. He was knowledgeable and easy to work with through entire process. Will work with him again when purchasing another vehicle.
