i had been looking for a decent used car for weeks and did not have very good luck, and when i did i was turned down. i came to this lot and found a chevy sonic for a very reasonable price and it was in great condition. Craig and Joanne both worked with me and did they're absolute best to get me the best deal that they could, which mind you was a lot better than any deal i got anywhere else. i told them what i made and what i was capable of spending and they took it from there. they made it as easy for me as they possibly could. the entire staff was incredibly nice and very respectful. very professional, when i got there i was immediately seen by Craig i did not have to wait at all, which was a first for me, im used to walking around a dealership for 30 minutes and not having someone even bat an eye at me. every customer there was being taken care of, there was no one being unattended. the place was clean and neat and very comforting, there was water, a snack machine / drink machine, made things comfortable while i was waiting (not for very long) there isnt a single bad thing i can say about this establishment or the people that work there. i recommend this place to all my friends and family. if you are looking to buy a car old or new it would be silly not to check these guys out. ask for Craig or Joanne very nice people and they will help you find what you are looking for.
Raul Melendez at Huntington Honda saves the day - known him for a while and by far he is the most honest and fair salesperson I have ever met at Honda - truly a great guy and no B.S. Time for a 2019 pilot tonight babbbbyy!!!
My overall experience at Huntington Honda couldn???t have gone any better! Shaik Mohammad and John Dumankaya were so helpful and didn???t peer pressure us at all. They helped us out with buying my wife???s car back in May and now when it was my turn a couple days ago they made it a perfect experience. I couldn???t be more happier with everything!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Mo was the ultimate professional. He was extremely easy to work with and never during the transaction did I feel pressured. He took his time to understand exactly what we were looking for and at the budget we had in mind. When it came time to close the deal there were no surprises. From start to finish...Eric was professional, knowledgeable and so NOT your average car salesman (sorry guys). No game playing, no guessing. Did all he could to get me what I wanted and needed. It's no wonder I've been dealing with him and Robert Chevrolet for 14 years. Buying and or leasing can be stressful... but not here! A lot of inventory available, nice showroom and nice waiting area.
Greg P was the best car salesman ever. Ray from the finance / account manager area was extremely kind, caring and took his time to explain everything to me. This was probably my best car purchasing experience ever.
I can not say how impressed I am with Nissan of Garden City the dealership was clean and from the moment I walked in I felt that I was welcomed and every one there was eager to help me.
I started my day wanting to test drive 4 different makes of SUV and Nissan was my first stop. I was exceptionally lucky to meet Chelsea Edmonds who became my sales person and at the end I could not be more impressed by this gentlemen who was professional, beyond polite and knowledgeable. The dealership was exceptionally busy but Chelsea was gracious and beyond accommodating. After visiting 3 additional dealerships (different manufactures) I knew the Rouge was the choice for me. When I went back to Nissan I was greeted by Chelsea and the sales manager Victor who immediately recognized me-again the place was crazy busy so I was impressed! As it turned out the car I had selected, of which there was only one in stock in that color an option model, was had a scratch. Chelsea and Victor showed me other color options but when they saw I was not thrilled with the other color options they got to work and within in minutes found the car I want it at another dealership. Within an hour they had the car I wanted ready for me. During the entire experience they were so accommodating so gracious and really just wanted me to be happy. The dealership sales manager Scott was also aware of the situation and he also make every effort to let me know spell apologetic they work with the delay and did everything necessary to make sure at the end of the day I was happy and drove off in the car that I wanted. What many cars over the years and visited many dealership and I have to say Nissan Garden City above and beyond the best that I’ve ever visited
When I first got to the dealership at first I was a little skeptical. But everyone at the place was friendly and awesome. Damien was the person who helped me and he was great from start to finish to pulling out of the lot with my new (used) car. I would recommend friends family and anyone who is looking to find a nice luxury automobile at a really affordable price. I've used the service department several times and have been very pleased each time, though one time they changed my license name plate without my permission which did not make me happy.
Regarding their used car buyingnprocess, they have a good selection of cars but I found them to be OVERPRICED.
Ray truly wanted to earn my business and it was felt from the initial meet and greet at the front desk. The entire walk around he assured me he was going to take of me and he definitely came through in the end. It took 2 days but we were able to make the deal.
I went to 3 different dealerships prior to queens Auto Mall (major world being one of them, which was a HORRIBLE experience). Upon arrival, I met with Ray and explained to him the type of vehicle I was looking for and the amount I was able to spend. He exceeded my expectations and provided me with amazing customer service, stayed within my budget and was able to give me the perfect vehicle.
Salesman Ray went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable doing business with his establishment. We told him from the beginning we were sketchy about his dealership and fees and he made sure he went the extra mile to break everything down to where everything was so transparent we could not wait to drive our baby home!
