"Outstanding Customer Service"

I became familiar with Oak Lawn Toyota last December when my daughter purchased my 16 year old grandson his first car in December 2015. She raved about the excellent customer service she received from John Beris. She said he was knowledgeable, honest, efficient, professional and he had provided the best customer service she had ever received. She said, John realized the magnitude of the moment for her buying a car for her son and even took a picture with my grandson handing him his first set of car keys to his "2004 Toyota Corolla S". I heard about Oak Lawn Toyota a second time, when my daughter was in the market for a new truck in May of 2016. Because of the excellent customer service she had previously received, she went back to Oak Lawn Toyota. She said it was like dealing with a member of the family. He took great care of her, and again was the ultimate professional and provided phenomenal customer service. My daughter left very happy in her "2015 Toyota Rav 4". So it was only right when I was in need of a new car this month (August 2016), I immediately called my daughter up and asked her if she could take me to Oak lawn Toyota. She stopped at Oak Lawn Toyota and told John she would be coming back with her mother and when we arrived John met us at the door. He was extremely nice to me. While we were there on Saturday the power went out and it wasn't expected to be back on before close of business so John said we would have to come back to finish the process on Monday. He called my daughter on Monday, just like he said he would and when we arrived back at the dealership, John was ready to service us immediately. And because my daughter bought a car for her son, herself, and now I (her mother) was buying a car (3 cars in less then a year), they put a remote starter on my car at no charge! My newly purchased car would not be able to be serviced to add the remote start until the following Monday. Rob came to my house on Sunday, picked up my car and left me a loaner car (a 2017 Toyota Camry), drove my car back to Oak Lawn Toyota on Monday, had the remote starter put on my car and drove it back to my house Monday night. I am sure he was exhausted from work, but he took the time to show me how to work the remote starter, made sure I understood and then he took the loaner car back to Oak Lawn Toyota for me...talk about OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! It doesn't get better than that. Thank you Oak Lawn Toyota for treating us like family...my grandson, my daughter and I will be forever appreciative of your kindness.
