I have several cars and my experience at Autocom Nissan was the Best! I wanted a 214 Altima S with convenience Pack in Gray. They had it in stock gave an Amazing deal with a Lease to buy options at a payment that was lower that I expected with out any problems. I just purchased a 2015 Nissan Leaf and the deal was negotiated over the phone, when I arrived the car was ready and the paperwork too very little time. This is the way car all dealerships should be run.
Was looking at a Camaro convertible that they had advertised and asked for quote.
All I got was the run around with requesting more personal info at this point that I was comfortable with. All I wanted was to see had firm their price was, of so what could we do. So no deal was made or offered. Waste of time.
Just happen to come across this location and I found it to be one of the best in the East Bay. Walked on to the lot and was greeted by Z. He was happy to show us what we where looking for and then stepped away and waited for us to ask our questions. It's nice when a dealership and sales person knows that the car sells itself. I recommend this place for all serious buyers. Great Experience!
The response from the salesman were very prompt and friendly. I received a couple emails about a Subaru, which I am still interested in I just need time to review my options and not 100% ready to buy just yet.
I had a rather poor experience here. I went because the 4.9 Rating on cars.Com and they had the best list prices for the car I wanted. I went there expecting a good experience and it turned into a 6 hour long ordeal. Within 10 minutes I was dealing with a confrontational sales man who insisted they need to run my credit for me to shop. I immediately asked to speak to the manager. This was the first shady thing. I requested a new sales man. After all I drove 2hrs there and didn't want to waste my time. So I decided on my vehicle and then came the negotiation time. They offered me 5000 under bluebook. Shady practice number 2. At this point I grab my stuff and was getting up to leave. The salesman kindly asked me to wait so I waited for one more offer which was still 3grand under blue book. I inspected the offer they had printed there was also like 5k in service contracts and extended warranties on there I didn't ask for. Shady practice number 2. They don't tell you the terms of the financing I had to confront them About it. At this point I told them I don't have time to play these games, I had already been there for 3 to 4hours, and to make a real offer or I'm leaving. I was pretty furious at this point. 3Rd offer came back with what I was expecting with one small correction they had door edge guards listed on the vehicle and they were not so I had them remove that charge. Even though this dealer ship list there vehicle prices as low on cars.Com they put dealer accessories on everything to boost the price back up. I will not be returning here and wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone.
Ryan Macoy went above and beyond to make our dream come true. He treated us with dignity and respect. He did everything possible to get us what we wanted with us not having the best qualifications. They treated us like family. I will drive 4 hours again and refer him to everyone I know. We will never go to anyone else. Thank you so much Ryan

I needed a car that would get me from A to B to keep in the city of SF and they had exactly that. They were friendly, real, no pressure, prompt, easy going, etc.
It may have been the type of car I was looking for (a very cheap one that was not their normal car), but the whole process went really smoothly.
I really appreciate Cars.com introducing me to them, and then for their customer service to get me set up with exactly what I needed.
THE FIRST THING I HAVE TO MENTION IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED HERE.. I CAME IN LOOKING FOR A SMALL CARGO VAN FOR MY COMPUTER REPAIR BUSINESS. THE COMMERCIAL MANAGER BRIAN CAME DOWNSTAIRS AND EXPLAINED EVERY REASON I SHOULD PURCHASE WHAT I DID INSTEAD OF ANY OTHER COMPARABLE VAN ON THE MARKET. IT SEEMED MORE LIKE TALKING TO A OLD FRIEND THEN SOME ONE JUST TRYING TO MAKE A SALE. HE SHOWED GENUINE INTEREST IN MAKING SURE I GOT THE FEATURES I NEEDED AND WANTED AND MADE THIS WHOLE THING AN OVERALL EASY PURCHASE. THANK YOU YOU GUYS I WILL DEFINITELY BE RECOMMENDING THEM TO ANYBODY I KNOW LOOKING FOR A NEW CAR .....
