I bought a ???17 Pathfinder and had a great time dealing with salesmen. The service department is always pleasant and very helpful. The dealership is always going the distance to satisfy their customers needs. There is so many pluses like oil changes, tires, and car washes.
The staff was very accommodating and work with me prior to making a 200 mile trip on pricing and trade it. We had some unexpected issues with our vehicle we were trading and they were will to work with us to make the deal happen where other dealerships may have done nothing. The process was more more complicated than I expected but that was more due to the unknown issue with my trade. They were patient and straight forward. I left with a new truck and was very pleased at the end of the day.
Let's start off by saying that on Monday 4/10/2016 we traveled all over Elgin to different dealers to find the perfect vehicle for my boyfriend.
McGrath Nissan was the 5th dealer we stopped at. When we arrived Jaw Stewart Promptly greeted us and asked us if we had any questions. We explained that we were not sure and if we could walk the lot. He told us which vehicles were used and which were new. We went off to look. Once we found some we went to him to ask prices and test drive one. He explained the cars features etc. then we went off for the drive. As we were driving we had questions on different parts on the vehicle and Jay did the best he could to answer them all with having a computer with more info in front of him. We got back to the dealer and explained that we didn't want to sit down and talk numbers and all that without my father being there to help us out. He understood and gave us his card to let him know when we would be stopping by with my dad. we shook hands and left.
Few hours later we went back with my dad to test drive it again. Again Jay was very informative when my dad had questions for him as well. Which made my dad happy. Jay was not pushy and let us do the talking and explaining what would fit our budget and needs, instead of trying to push any vehicle on us to make a sale. We went back inside to to fill out the necessary paperwork and start on negotiation to take the car home.
Once he was approved for the loan that's when the negotiations started. There was a bit of back and forth then Jeff Marcus the Used Car Manager came out to negotiate with my boyfriend. He was really easy to work with and made sure we had the price that was right for us so we didn't walk out empty handed. Jeff was also pleasant to work with.
The final person we worked with to sign all the paper work with was the Finance Manager Mario Lopez. We had great conversations, He was easy to talk to. Explained everything and anything. Seriously helped my boyfriend out with an even better deal then what we walked in with. Helped that this was my boyfriends first time purchasing a vehicle by taking out a loan and we was great at explaining all the paper and the warranty etc.
So from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out we were handed with exceptional customer service. Everyone was super easy to work with and super easy to talk to when it came to concerns and questions. We couldn't have asked for a better dealership! After Monday you guys have earned longtime customers. We will be returning in the future and making sure to mention to family and friends that McGrath Nissan in Elgin is the place to go for a vehicle!

Great service!! I always had a good experience with Glendale Nissan. There are so many places nearby my house although I drive 10 miles every time because they were great in assisting me in service and I would recommend Dennis for that.
I went into the dealership looking for a used car, but the innovative team at Woodfield Nissan came up with some very great options for a new car. My sales consultant Michal was amazing, even during the moments that I was not fully committed to buying a car. He kept me informed throughout the process, and created a pressure-free zone for me to make my decisions. Overall, everyone was great. So much so, that I have already referred 2 people to go there. Everything is good except 1 key policy. Cost of most of the duplicate key are about $200. We need to keep that in mind when we see their price. In my opinion they should give explicit discount or should get another key made for the quoted price.

I am very rigid in my approach to car shopping. I test drive, identify the vehicle I want, email every dealer in a 4 hour radius requesting a quote, keep a spreadsheet of every quote I???ve been offered, and spend a month encouraging all these salespeople to undercut each other. On the last day of the month I buy from the person offering the lowest price. This system places me in an adversarial relationship with every salesperson. It???s stressful for them and for me, but the result is I get cars for thousands less than the initial asking price. Lori Smith was patient and kind with me as I moved through this process. She wasn???t, in the end, able to go low enough to win my business, but she came close (she was in the final three). And her engagement with me was always warm and authentic. I???ll always buy from the dealer offering me the lowest quote, even if they are a total jerk. But if Lori tied with someone and they were the same distance from my house i???d gove her the sale ten times out of ten.
I have nothing but good things to say about CarLotz! The buying process is very friendly and there's no pressure! Everyone that works there is very customer oriented and you can tell they want their customers to be happy! I knew when I first started talking to LaDale that I was going to buy a car from him. He was the friendliest salesman I dealt with all day and was happy to bring out anything I wanted to see and test drive! After a couple, I sat down in my new car and knew it was the one! I came into Infiniti of Clarendon Hills looking for something new, and a break from the Lexuses and Acura???s I had previously driven. I met Bill who showed me the new QX50. We live far away so starting with Gary emailing me back and forth on making sure the car was in the lot and responding quickly to the questions I had. To upon arrival, Bauti was a wealth of information on the car I was interested in! The entire staff was welcoming and informative. They have promised a list of items that will be taken care of at a different time as I was particular about some scratches/stains on the car. Keep in mind this was a used car I was looking at so there was bound to be some scratches. They assured me they will fix those so my used car will look brand new! I have no doubt they will follow thru on their word. Bauti was so kind and patient thru out the whole buying experience. He is such a great person who truly cares that the purchase is right for the person buying. His patient personality was a win win for my endless questions! All around great experience at Martin Nissan. Came in looking for a Rogue and asked for Dwayne given good reviews I???d seen - he didn???t disappoint. Friendly, knowledgeable, and patient as I weighed price and options. I thought what I really wanted was a bit out of reach, but he and Fred in Finance made it happen. Great environment overall, everyone making sure you are taken care of. Would definitely recommend them!
