Wow...what a relief!
I was driving home yesterday in my 2014 Infiniti Q70, when I took corner at slow rate of speed, I glanced in my rearvew mirror and observed a vehicle who apparently would have liked to take turn at faster pace. As I looked forward again I heard pop...and immediately saw passenger side mirror ??? Not normal....as a car fanatic ...lol...lover I ...said ...shoot..lol
To clarify I knew ...I didn't hit people or property because had clear view as making turn.
Anyhow to get to point ....pulled over checked side of car ...looked fine ...knew I couldn't do much on side street ...so quickly decided to just use scotch tape I had in glove box, to tape assembly ...mirror (which was intact)...address nightmare...lol...I take pride in keeping my car mint...and I think most car lovers would agree ...until restored ...issue fixed
As I was driving rest of way home...seeing taped mirror started bugging me...I know just a car ...could be worse...I'm probably a little shallow...lol
And I know this is review of service department at county line Nissan ...but I think background is relavant to why I'm so thankful to have trusted dealer ...service advisor.
So obviously I'm anxious to get mirror fixed...quickly.
Now the cost to diagnose repair...could I do myself...autobody ..dealer (which is hour drive)...
Thought about whether to put in claim with insurance company ...kind of quickly ruled that out ...quite sure I have 1000 comp and collision deductible ..
Not to cry poverty but new I had very little ...64.14...lol
in checking ....and credit cards tapped
Very tired when I got home so decided to forget till tomorrow morning.
Got up early and did some research on side mirror repair...glass, entire unit etc etc...
Was feeling a little better ...rested ...and happy that glass and unit seemed to be intact...hadn't inspected fully yet but seemed better than some examples in research ...where glass and or whole unit dangling or broken....learned that adhesive ...locktite glue is used to adhere glass to plastic plate on top of mechanism ..,
Thought about buying some ...where to buy...if after further inspection I thought I could try repairing myself ....
Then self doubt set in ...lol...would I make it worse ...would glass fall off
I needed wanted professional help! For my car..lol
Without sidetracking much further ....I thought of dealer, county line Nissan ...which I have used for all maintenance ....and absolutely love.
But, as I am housesitting for friend....was about hour away.....but decided they were my best shot to get straight best course of action ...for temporary fix ...and/or options for complete repair .
All right I'll get to point!
Get there...first in line...Quinn, Service Operations Manger gives me red carpet greeting as usual ...quietly listens to my sob story ....right out of gate comforts me with best case scenario ....oh sometimes they /glass just pop off....been to many other dealers who ????
Alright I'll finish ....
So kind considerate professional ....says go relax in service area ...as he himself is peeling off scotch tape ...I'll take a look and be right in....within 5 minutes he comes in and says your all set.....
Now you know why I dragged you through all the superfluous background ...can you imagine how happy I was/am:):)

I loved it when I first drove and purchased it. Only had 39k on it. Fully loaded SL with the V6. Within a week the transmission was giving me trouble. Stuttering while trying to pick up speed, getting confused in stop and go traffic, xxxx sometimes it won’t ’fake shift’ as it’s programmed to do and just revs stupid high before it finally ’shifts’. Not once ever throwing a trouble code or a check light. Called the dealership that same week of driving it off the lot to let them know something is wrong. It has a full warranty. But low and behold every time they drive it it’s ’fine’. Told me to bring it back in if there was trouble but again, low and behold, every time there is trouble they aren’t open or available to ride along. Let’s not mention the radio constantly freezing up, the cluster gauges glitching out, the xxxxty sounding rattling ’Bose’ stereo that’s supposed to be the premier sound system, and the awful vibration throughout the car that came around 41k miles that nobody can figure out what’s causing it. xxxx I put all brand new tires on it fully balanced and it still rides like trash. Dealership won’t do anything. I eventually just gave up and continue driving it like this thinking when it eventually takes a xxxx on me the warranty will kick in. But my luck it will troop it out beyond the warranty and eventually cost me more money once it takes a xxxx. The pros’ It’s a beautiful looking car, drives and performs like trash. My 07 Altima 4 banger performed better than this xxx. Really kicking myself in the xxx on this one. Hoping someone takes it out while parked so I can get a different better performing vehicle. Nissans have downgraded. This car is trash. All the way around. Do NOT buy this car. They run and perform good until 40k miles then give you the run around. You have been warned!
After my car suddenly died in a meeting a new car quickly and painlessly I found smart by on line and decided to give it a try. I tried many other places 1st and was met with rudeness and lack of empathy for my situation. At smart buy it was just the opposit everyone was friendly,patient and professional.Great job guys!!! This car is comfortable and the space is enough. My parents also like this car. I think it is a beautiful and safety car. Besides this, Nissan? engine is good.
My experience with purchasing a used vehicle was the best. They were very cordial, friendly and professional. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. They have a great inventory of vehicles to choice from.
Altima: Ultimate 1st Car experience

Went into my car shopping experience not knowing much about cars. The little I knew had nothing to do with Nissan. My 2016 Altima S has great commodities at a standard level and inexpensive pricing. I got my used Altima at 40k miles. My car has only had normal maintenance services done. I'm currently at 70k miles and the car runs excellently. I can tell it's becoming slightly worn and will need some parts replaced. Such as tires, brakes, brake pads, and possibly rotars. Incredible gas mileage. Consistant 38-40 mi/gal highway on Road Trips. We live in Memphis and drive to Dallas and Atlanta 2x a year each city. Both trips are. 6hr drives. We can make it to both cities on ONE TANK. We drive to St Louis and back on one tank, 4hrs one way 8hrs roundtrip.
It was our first experience bought the car out of NY state. The process was smooth, the price was fair with great customer service and finance. We found many cars to choose in our first visit and down to Nissan Rogue 2018. Special thanks for Gerald Sales person who so patience and genuine showed us the best deal and kept us update till we finalize everything. It was awesome!! And we were pleased that Eddie, the finance manager able found us a best rate for our car loan. And thanks to Janet who did all final paperwork fast and through. We will recommend this dealership with no doubt. We wish our new car will last for years and we will have a great rides thru the years!

I was recommened to check out this dealership, Steve specifically, by my coworker who had a great experience and I am glad he did. Steve was incredibly down to earth, approachable, and did his best to make me feel comfortable. I was in no way preassured to make any decisions or jump into anything I wasn't comfortable with. I then meet Lisa in finnancing who was a pleasure to work with. She was exceptionally kind and knowledgeble. Overall my experience could not have been better and I would recommend Steve and Lisa to anyone who is looking for a Subaru.

This car is all its advertised to be and more. Drives and rides wonderfully. Great on gas. Beautiful car as well. You will look nice at the stoplights for sure!
My husband and I went in to Middletown Nissan to see a 2017 Infiniti QX70 that was on Cars.com. I was apprehensive because my car that I owned was still fairly new and in excellent condition but have always loved the QX70 so went to see. Needless to say, we left with the car.
The process was very relaxed. Our Sales Representative, Kaylen Torres was very helpful and did not push at all knowing I was struggling with the decision to trade in my car. During the buying process, we were asked what they could do for us to finalize the decision of buying the new car. Honestly, that was the first time I have experienced that at a car dealership.

Over the last five years I have had multiple issues with my nissan sentra. Last month my transmission went on the car and the total of repairs was more than I left to pay on the car. I was extremely irate due to all the issues this car has caused. The old manager that I dealt with repeatedly told me there was nothing he can do. I stopped going to Nissan because I felt like I wasn't getting anywhere. I decided to deal with them one more time. The managers name now is Gino and he was polite, helpful and understanding. I was extremely satisfied with his customer service and how he handled my entire situation. I am appreciative and thankful for Gino and Nick who did the work on the car. Not only did he solve the problem, but in a timely matter. I would recommend Nissan Middletown service center as well as Gino and Nick for all servicing needs.
I would highly recommend my friends and family to see Nik the salesman at Middletown Nissan. Nik is very professional . Went above and beyond to accommodate my needs on the vehicle i liked Nissan Rouge SL 2017, Excellent knowledge of vehicles and very customer friendly. I had THE best experience at Carmax...the salespeople were non-pressuring, helpful and just amazing (especially Daniel!). They went out of their way to make every step comfortable and unpainful. I will most definitely go there when I need to buy my daughter a car and when I need to upgrade in a few years!
I've used the service department several times and have been very pleased each time, though one time they changed my license name plate without my permission which did not make me happy.
Regarding their used car buyingnprocess, they have a good selection of cars but I found them to be OVERPRICED.
