After struggling with an old Nissan being repaired but another dealership, we almost lost faith in Nissan. However, the sales manager and salesman, Michael Britt we have our faith back!

I???ve never gone into a dealer by myself to shop for a car because it always seemed too intimidating and too much of a hassle. That was until I went to Yorktown Heights Nissan and met my salesperson Michael Britt. Can???t say enough about the incredible customer service he delivered. He was patient; he encouraged me to test drive as many cars as I liked because he wanted to make sure I felt comfortable with my decision. He explained all the features of each car in detail. Since I was buying pre-certified , Michael explained the carfax report , the mileage per year, history of ownership etc. After I decided on a car he explained the financing process. The day I picked up the car he spent time again going over everything about the car. Michael is a no-pressure salesperson who is willing to spend time helping his customers.
I'm very appreciative of the entire team.
Krystina and team were wonderful, helpful,and very professional.
My repairs were all covered under the warranty at no cost to me.

I went to this dealership last night and had a great experience with both Tim O'Brien and Bernie Drexler. They were both very up front and honest about the cars and financing and made me feel very comfortable getting into a new car. I drove 2 1/2 hours just to see them because I heard how good of a dealership it really was. Hands down the best experience I've had buying a car. Quick, easy, pain free! Friendly, Ivan attend us, treated my family with the upmost respect. Went the extra mile to show us the details of the suv we were asking about. Felt very comfortable and Ivan did not pressure us like they have done in other dealerships. The experience was great.
My salesperson was a young man named Owen Wang. Owen was professional, knowledgeable and polite. He always returned my calls or texts promptly. Owen answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns. When he went over the vehicle, he covered everything from bumper to bumper in great detail! I was very pleased with him and my service at the dealership.
This was my second time visiting Nissan of Hawthorne. The first experience was subpar- but this second visit is what prompted me to write this review.
Many months ago I expressed my interest in purchasing a new car. The reasoning was because I had a bad taste of my previous car-buying experience and wanted to start fresh. I didn't know why I was paying the amount I was paying and I just felt uncomfortable the whole time. I was referred back to the sales department to Bader.
Not only was Bader welcoming and knowledgeable, but he made me feel like I wasn't just another sale. I was a person with an experience he wanted to improve. I gave him my background of my car-buying experience and he ensured me he would do everything he could to get me the best deal.
He was very transparent about the price of the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. He gave me the breakdown of everything. He didn't do anything without me giving him the OK first. This was a huge aspect for me. Before, I felt like I didn't matter. But this time, I was in total control.
Working with Bader was Ahmed. He told me all the specs about the car, answered any and all of my questions, and was super personable from the moment I walked through the door. He listened to all of my awkward rants with a smile on his face. He personalized my experience so much that I felt like I left with a new friend! I could have not asked for a better sales experience with these two individuals. Please-- asked for Ahmed and Bader when you walk through the door. You will NOT regret it!
After that process, I was sent to see the finance guy. Previously, I felt like I was signing my name for hours on end. This time, Enrique made the process SIMPLE and TRANSPARENT. I was in there no longer than 5 minutes.
Overall--the new management at Nissan of Hawthorne blew me away with its kindness, patience, and knowledge. I am so pleased with my purchase that I will continue to go to this dealership for life!
