Well, live in Fayetteville, but purchase my automobiles, Honda specifically from Sanford Honda and from specifically Mr. Allen Black. This is my second car purchased from him and from Sanford Honda. It is perfect for me and the price, deal received I am still pinching myself and smiling every time I get near my 2018 Honda Accord "Lexi." This was not by far my first automobile. This was, in fact, my 9th automobile and as a repeat customer to Sanford Honda and my dealer Mr. Allen Black once again, could not be happier. His customer service and care are impeccable. Some might think what he does is part of his job, done for a commission, but Mr. Black goes far beyond in performing his job. He treats you like you are a friend, he happens to sell cars and he wants you to enjoy your ride, figuratively and literally. This will, for now, be perhaps my final vehicle. However, I have enjoyed buying no other cars during my lifetime of buying cars except this new one and the one it now has replaced. Mr. Black has definitely not only left a lasting impression by his care, but he has also proven that there are car dealers who really respect and strive to take care of their customers. It is why I returned to Sanford Honda instead of shopping closer to home!

2014 Cadillac XTS Platnium

Having more trouble with the car than expected. I feel that I paid too much for the car to realize the problems I have experienced with ownership. Every time, I get my car serviced, technicians inflate my tires to 32psi. My car requires 35psi according to the label in the door. I have expressed this issue twice to maintenance, but unless I remind them they fill the car to 32psi. Nothing personal to the dealership or it's personnel, but I am really dissatisfied with the vehicle and the customer service I have received. My mother always said, "if you can't say something nice, don't say anything". This advice has not been working for me concerning this vehicle and the dealership. Usually, I do not respond or give excellent marks on these surveys, but my experience with this vehicle and dealership is absolutely frustrating. I have been a faithful GM customer for my last 5 new vehicle purchases. I am afraid, I will start considering foreign cars in future vehicle purchase decisions and would get rid of the XTS tomorrow if I could without further loss. Sincerely, Dennie Boone
