I made an appointment, confirmed the appointment when I arrived on time it was the guys day off. So they passed me to someone I had not been discussing my wants with. I explained I had $32,000 to work with. They could have said "we cant help you" And it would have been no hard feelings and I would have been on my way. instead the kept me for 30mins. then came back with 34,500 and said they were loosing money on that. So I got up and left. First off they arent going to sell you a truck at a loss. Otherwise they wouldnt have a job. Secondly there is the sticker price, then the invoice price then the dealer cost. When they say they are selling you something at invoice they are still making $2-3,000 profit due to the dealer holdback and dealer incentive monies. I dont do games, I know what I want I know what I have to spend and I tell them so. either they can deal with that or they cant. I didnt appreciate their games.
I stopped in to JUST look but when Brian took such good care of all of my needs and made the car buying experience so easy, I ended up leaving with a new car. Brian along with his team met every need that I threw at them. From no down payment ment, the payment I could afford and the type of vehicle that I needed. Preferred is A1 with me. Plus the have an awesome referral program. CASH!! I am beyond a satisfied customer. Thank you Brian, your the best!!!!
Justin fits the role of an automobile advisor, not what we typically think of when we think car salesman. He is a straight shooter and open and honest hroughout the whole car buying process. We never felt pressured, we felt supported through our decision. He spent hours with us explaining the leasing versus buying and never once did we feel rushed or an inconvenience. Then after we purschssed the car he took a great deal of time going through all the features of the Jeep. He also assured us that he wasn???t just our advisor through this purchase, but also throughout the entire time we have the vehicle until our purchase. We???ve owned the car for 5 days and we know for sure we our Jeep owners and customers of Justin???s for life.

My wife and I recently needed to purchase a new minivan for our family. Honestly, we weren???t looking forward to it - we were overwhelmed and a bit stressed... and the timing for our family budget was rough. We had heard great things about the New Haven O???Daniel Ford, so we decided to at least try to talk to someone. My sister recommended Mike Pocci, and she was 100% accurate. Mike was genuine, kind, and very knowledgeable. He did not try to get us in a more expensive car. He stayed in our budget. He kept in contact with us through text and calls the next free days before we officially signed. We also worked with Ryan Keebler and Mike Everton, and we couldn???t have been more impressed. Everyone was upfront and honest. They all communicated with us throughout the process. This team made this potentially stressful situation easy and even enjoyable! Just had to take time to rave about the service we have had at Shepherds. We have had routine service, warranty work and now estimates and body work done to our 2014 Chevy truck. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Made us feel like a customer instead of a problem. And their facilities while you are waiting are awesome. So thankful for such a great dealership so close to home.
Everyone I dealt with on this lot was very helpful. I fully appreciated the effort Ron put in to find me the car I wanted. Just bought a Toyota Camry from image cars, in fort Wayne, this place is very different than any other small car store in the AREA.

I bought a 2007 ford mustang, I took me a year to find the car I was looking for and they had the car I wanted. I was thinking when I went to purchase my car that It was going to be a big pain in the butt to get the car, and I was thinking, here we go with pushy dealers again, NOT at all, they made buying this car painless and EASY, I was there for only an hour, that included the paper work and test drive and I was on my way.... thanks :)
