The first time in went to website I was immediately greeted. The loan application was simple and fast. The customer service team were friendly. Michael Galer was one of the friendliest sales people I've ever encountered. I would recommend these folks to anyone I know.
I bought my first car 4 years ago from Lisa this was my first car I ever bought on my own and she did not pressure me i told her what i needed she gave me my options 4 years later still own that car with no regrets. She makes the process so simple and straight forward. I recently went back after my son had a few horrific experiences at a few other dealerships. The car her wanted he got and also got a lesson on what a honest salesperson/dealership should be and Lisa and Heath made it happen in a few hours he drove off the lot with his car and a payment he can afford. This is a dealership that will not take advantage of the naive or 1 st buyers and i felt comfortable letting my son go on his own and not get scammed and ripped off and i cant say that about ANY other dealerships in southern NH. Rodney was great! I went in knowing what I wanted to look at and what I thought would work for me. He wasn't pushy or aggressive. The whole experience from start to finish was good and I appreciate how smoothly it all went. I would definitely refer Rodney to anyone. Thank you for all of your help.
What an awesome experience from start to finish let me tell you about Auto Wholesalers of Hooksett. My daughter Mackenzie was purchasing a car this would be her first loan for a car. I emailed them in the morning requesting information on a car for my daughter Mackenzie giving them the price range on what I was looking for for her loan Danny Lalanne one of the sales people txd me back within the 1/2 hour. It was early so I was a bit surprised that he contacted me back so fast. We discussed back and forth what would be good for Makenzie and I let him know that I would be down in late morning to see what they had for inventory. I arrived with my best and her husband with Kenzie and kenzies best friend to check out the cars. Danny was ready with all the sets of keys and with a awesome dimener.Kenzie and her best friend went into all the cars that Danny had pointed out. We asked Danny about the Nissan Versa that was only 2 years old. KenIe drove it and loved it. We worked out the pricing with Matt finance manager he was very accommodating in helping with the information on the loan and the price.... Kaitlin the general manager was there she was awesome to talk to and had knowledge of the vehicle another pleasant person that we were dealing with. The Whole experience was awesome. Danny was the best part of it!!!! I would go back if I ever needed to look for another car and work with Danny again.....
We had a few glitches in the pick up of the car, not a huge deal, but very inconvenient for me. They took total responsibility for it and made it right. Can't ask for anything more than that! Great buying experience.
Was looking for a particular car and found it at this dealership. A Lincoln MKX in white. Spoke to the owner several times. We made a deal over the phone. Drove up with my trade in car and my check. Within an hour we were out of there with the exact car we wanted. I have dealt with many many dealerships but this place was truly a pleasure. Worth the ride from Long Island NY to Concrd NH. Grade A+
I came in with an old 04 trailblazer looking to finally buy a nice car. Jamie found us looking at a used 2012 maxima. From start to finish she was extremely nice, informative, and not your average pushy salesperson. She walked us through every step start to finish and actually seemed to care more about me and girlfriend then making the sale on the car which to me means everything. After having years of car sale experience myself I know the business pretty well. Dennis in financing got us approved and out the door same day. I was really impressed with the entire experience which I wasn't expecting from prior experiences. I would recommend going here to anyone looking for a car. I will be going back for my next one

I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
My husband and I planned on trading in our leased Toyota truck with the intention of leasing another vehicle. We planned on "looking" around, but after speaking with Glenn, he made our visit comfortable in a manner that we did not feel pressured. Glenn understood that this was not our first time in a car dealership and therefore, we knew what we wanted regarding price, etc. He respected that and addressed our requests in a straightforward and respectful manner. As a result, we leased a car during our first meeting.
Great, easy, personable experience. I would recommend you give them a look if you are in the market for a car. As with any big purchase, do your homework, know the value of your trade, no the value of the car you want, understand where you stand if you need financing. If you do everything beforehand it makes things easier and more realistic for everyone involved.
Was in the market for a used truck, but had no clue what I wanted, until I spoke with Ross..he intently listened to my needs and wants, and suggested a truck that has become our favorite vehicle of all time..What a pleasure to do business with someone who understands the importance of good customer service...The whole transaction was painless for me, because Ross anticipated all the steps that needed to be completed and did most of them for me...all i needed to do was show up with a check... I live in New York, and was initially leery of buying a car out of state, but this is my kind of shopping...Highly recommend this dealership and especially Ross Jefferson, who goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are satisfied...

My wife and I shopped allot of places but once I arrived at highline and experienced the fast, professional team here and how Chad went out of his way to help with a whole group of people working to find what we wanted ( and we tried allot of cars ) I knew this was the place! They were so easy to work with and personable. When it came time to buy I was shocked at the low finance rate Mark got us, he is a great guy, all these guys are great and they get it done! I will be in the market for a second vehicle soon and no doubt I will be back. Bruce MacNeill
We ended up at this dealership while helping my son find his first car. Our salesman Ray was helpful from the start. He has been in the business for a long time and was not one of those fly by nights that you run into when used car shopping. I had called in on a car that they had that had a recent price drop. I was in the area so I stopped by. They had the car out front waiting for me ready to go. This is not one of those sketchy used car dealerships. It is a large and professional outfit with everything from starter cars to Lamborghinis! The cars are clean, the dealership building is pleasant and the staff are professional. No high pressure here. nice touch that they offer bottled water and rest room locations (which were very clean. Delivery was simple, the car was beautifully cleaned and everything was as agreed. We will be back to work with Ray again and highly recommend!
