I started with Duane Beaty online for availability and to set up an appointment he was very helpful and set everything up so when we arrived our sales person Kyle Read. Kyle was very polite and helpful providing us with all the information and options available to without making us feel pressured. once we made our decision he moved the process ahead quickly and got our cruze ready while setting us up with our finance person, she was very courteous and helpful explaining all of our warranty options and packages getting all of our paperwork finished and us on our way. i was impressed with the ability to find the vehicle we wanted set everything up with the internet staff so when we arrived everything was ready and available to us, from the time we drove on the lot till we left with our new vehicle was right at two hours.
Helpful, attentive and friendly staff. I had called ahead and gave a time that I would be there. The vehicle was pulled up and ready for us to test drive when we arrived. They made the whole process effortless on our part.
Our sales associate was very friendly and helpful. It was my first time buying through a dealership and he made it very easy. The car was in very good condition and the miles were excellent. They wouldn???t lower the price any, or remove the anti-theft code fee, but I feel like we still got a great deal, and they were pleasant to work with. We were able to drive the car off the lot that night and it???s been a great car so far!
I honestly was not even looking for a car but one kept catching my eye every time I drove by the dealership. We finally stopped just to look and encountered Brian. I was on the defense because we didn???t want to deal with a pushy car salesman while we were not even looking to buy. Well Brian was amazing and really managed to turn my thoughts around about looking for a car. He was extremely helpful, honest, and felt like he had our best intentions. Although financially we are quite ready-we will be back very soon to work with Brian on a deal. Thanks again for all your help!
What an easy way to buy a car! I was shocked it was so quick and simple. Got a volvo we where looking at locally for about $28k, Brand new was about $36k... we did not want to pay that much... but found Hertz Car sales had one in beaverton? Went to check it at and how low miles, was basicly new and we only paid $22k out that door!!! More then that it was super straight forward and upfront about what to expect and was in and out in like 45 mins. We did set an apt, they have a small staff and from the looks of it they just move these cars along, there where maybe 6 or 7 other ppl also buying cars and looking, they had to send a few away even that did not have a apt. I was very impressed! Thank you for the Great deal on my BEAUTIFUL white Volvo Josh... oh and ask for Josh he was Great, funny dude!
I made an appointment with a sales person who contacted me by phone in response to a website enquiry I made. The sales person was waiting for me when I arrived, took me out for a test drive and handled the sale thoroughly and professionally. There were one or two minor maintenance issues I wanted the service department to check before taking the car, so they kept it over the weekend. The service manager called on Monday to update status and kept me informed. I picked up the car on Tuesday and have been pleased with it. Price was what should be expected for the make, model and mileage according to Cars.com, NADA and Kelly Bluebook.
This was my first buying experience. I had sat through an all day process with my husband before at another car dealership and it was tiring. In this case, Garth had us in and out of there with a new car before lunch - and this was on a Saturday! They were upfront and honest. Made the car buying experience super easy and straightforward.

My positive experience was due to working with Nigel Erickson, the salesman. I spent weeks deciding, and trying cars. I purchased a car and decided to upgrade and he took the time to find me the car I wanted buried behind others cars, in a storm, at night and at a different location. He was always positive, helpful and professional . I got to know him a bit over time and found he has big heart. The dealership is quite lucky to have him. He has worked in a caring profession in the past, taking care of others, but now he is a salesman. The skills carried over because his big heart is obvious. I felt appreciated as a customer and a person. I wasn't treated as less because I am a female purchasing a car. I felt valued and it made me want to continue working with CARR in the future. We went to Salem Volkswagen for a used vehicle which was listed on cars.com. The sales people were very knowledgeable, showed the proper interest in us as buyers and applied no pressure on us to buy something that day. Between phone calls, emails and our visit to the dealership, I was very happy with my experiences with them. I didn't end up buying the vehicle I went to see but would go back without hesitation if I saw something online again.

I recently purchased a 2014 Nissan Altima and received great customer service and follow up from Garth and the whole service team at the Beaverton, Oregon location. They were courteous; and the buying process was relatively haggle free from price of car, answering questions, and explaining details related to the final car sale. This is my third Nissan Altima that I purchased from Hertz due to car prices and positive buying experience.
