Very pleasant experience with my daughter at checkered flag today.sales person Robert Cameron was top notch very professional,up front about all details,we were very satisfied with the whole deal.I would highly recommend Robert to anybody looking for a car.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. The sale people were very knowledgeable , and was a pleasure to do business with. She had the service department clean the car prior to delivery and they did not half clean anything. The windows, interior seats, and carpet was not cleaned as good as previous car dealers had done. Overall Sale personnel are fine, Service personnel are not as good.
Mike and all the other people I dealt with from the ladies at the service desk to the tech that explained how to handle my concerns were all wonderful. Very polite and had great attitudes. Mike even checked for recalls and had them done as well. And on top of it all offered me a car wash. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother or more pleasant experience. Thank you Mike and all the other wonderful people that handled my services, I appreciate you.

I was stranded out of town after taking a 10-hour trip and need service for my Nissan Altima. I called back to banister Nissan where I had purchased my vehicle for guidance about getting assistance. They assured me that I could use my national factory warranty at any dealership in the country. So I took my vehicle to a nearby Nissan dealership in Louisville Kentucky. Once the vehicle was fixed I still needed assistance getting my car back to Virginia where I live as I was not able to make the 10-hour trip there and 10-hour trip back. Again I called the dealership and was assisted by Mike pulley and Brian Doctor who advised that I could get my car shipped back to me. I really appreciate it this since the dealership in Kentucky kept telling me that this was impossible and that I would have to make the trip myself to retrieve the car. Mike and Brian also help guide me in the process of getting the rental car that I needed covered without having to pay for it myself. Excellent customer service!!
I purchased a vehicle and was assisted by Tim Jones. The customer service was the best ever. Tim thoroughly explained everything from the purchase to how everything worked in the vehicle. Charles Barker has been a God send. From the very first phone call I received from Stino up until I drove off with my new baby, I was kept in the loop about EVERYTHING. I admit I was a challenge with my requirements as well as not the best credit out here BUT Stino prevailed and now I am proudly driving my new Altima. The other staff was also, too, truly amazing. I came in to wrap up the sale with a terrible headache just dealing with the car buying process and the lady at the reception area offered me a snack, water, and Tylenol. The finance gentleman worked his magic and was able to get me a good monthly payment as well as warranty. He also went above to provide whatever he had to get my children to settle down. Football it was and he, or the rest of staff, never showed any frustration with my kids or myself. They even gave them snacks :) To all of you at Charles Barker, Laskin Rd, THANK YOU ! Honestly, if you are in the car buying process LET THIS BE YOUR FIRST AND LAST STOP. They truly treat you wonderfully with no pressure. Just when I started to get discouraged, they got me approved.
