No Hassle ! I was VERY impressed with my experience today . I am even more impressed with the GREAT deal I got on the Dodge Ram truck I drove off the lot with . I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy their next vehicle and I will be back in the future . Pay no attention to some of the petty reviews written here and I noticed there are a few . Go down use some common business sense ,do your research before you buy , and you will find Car Max has it all !

I came to Ted Russell Nissan, needing a new or used vehicle that was financially affordable to me. The sales person who helped me was Robbi Denton, she was absolutely great. Buying my first car was a scary thought and i wanted to know everything about the car before i bought it. Thankfully our car salesman, Doug philpot, was the first to greet us out there as soon as we got out of the car. He was so nice and straightforward about getting me a car. He was so helpful about knowing the pros of the cars i looked at. He had a hard job of me being so picky but he found the car for me!! He was quick and eager to sell and taught me about everything on the car. I thank Doug, Andy, and Sean for helping me find the perfect car and being so friendly and willing to help!
This business is not one of those large dealerships that pressure you to buy. Richard looked us in the eye when he talked to us and was very low key. We believed he was honest and straightforward. The next day we signed the papers and Stan couldn't have made it easier. They know what they are doing and are straight.
Being that I am a very inexperienced car buyer, I was extremely nervous about the overall process of purchasing a dependable car. A few days before my experience at Twin City Nissan, I had a rather terrible experience with another used car dealership in Knoxville. The salesman at the other dealership was pushy, unorganized, and was not in any kind of hurry to get me in a car. At Twin City Nissan my experience was the total opposite. The salesman, Mike Jones, was enthusiastic and personable throughout the entire process. He listened to what I wanted and worked with me until he found the perfect car for my family. While the Business Manager, Bill Keeton, drafted the paperwork, Mr. Jones took the time to sit and talk with my fiance and I, and he provided a carfax without me having to ask for it. Bill Keeton was also great to work with. My credit is not that great, but he helped me to finance a car without judgement or negativity. I'm thankful that both employees at Twin City made this experience a great one, and I will definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends!
