I VISIT JIMMY JONES ON 9/27 TO GET MY 2015 TOYOTA CAMRY SERVICE. i PAID FOR THE SERVICE BUT THOUGHT IT WAS A LITTLE HIGH FOR AN OIL CHANGE, FLUID CHECK , AND TIRE ROTATED. LATER THAT DAY WHEN I TOOK THE TIME TO EXAMINE THE BILL, I WAS CHARGE FOR A SERVICE THAT WAS NOT NEED OR REQUESTED. I FINALLY GOT IN TOUCH WITH JEREMY, WHO'S OVER THE SERVICE DEPT. HE LISTENED TO MY CONCERN. TOLD ME HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. HE DID TAKE CARE OF ME AND MY ISSUES. I JUST WANTED TO THANK HIM.
The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. I have been turned down for credit in the past and I was skeptical when they reached out to me. They greeted me like family when I came in. I was certain everything was about to change after They pulled my credit, I had financials issues in the past because of circumstances out of my control, but that’s when they rolled out the red carpet. Even the General Manager, Mr. Dowling, took the time to help me get the vehicle I love! He explained my situation is not unlike many others and he has my business for life. Thank you!!!
I came to Nissan of Orangeburg looking for a sports car. The saleswoman Angel E. was very helpful in finding out my needs. She spent time with me and demonstrated 2 vehicles before she even asked about the financing part. That made me feel like she was more interested in finding what I wanted than just a"credit app", like many other dealers I visited. I ended up purchasing the 2013 Chevrolet Camaro and I am so pleased.

Drayton Washington (sales) and the Cecil Barwick (finance manager) were wonderful to deal with. I normally do not enjoy the car buying experience but this has been a pleasurable experience for me. I would certainly recommend them to those interested in purchasing a Nissan.
I called a day prior to coming in. Spoke to Drayton Washington, he told me to put in a credit app and he would call me bcak with some information. He also told me he was off, with that being said Drayton called me back and we begain discussing numbers. The next day came and the process was quick and easy without any hiccups. They got my payment where I wanted it and also got me out in a very timely fashion. Will most definetly send people to Orangeburg Nissan.
Ryan Gibbs is a great salesman. Came by the first day and wasn't ready to buy but he stayed in contact and within a week he convinced me to come back and purchase a vehicle.
