New GM cars carry a 3 year battery warranty. The battery in my car stopped functioning literally overnight. One day I drove my car and it started and seemed to be fine. The next day the battery was so low I couldn't even unlock the doors. My charger indicated the battery had a internal short. GM Customer Service sent a flatbed within two hours of notification, and my car was taken to Paradise Chevrolet. The time was late afternoon. When my car arrived I received a text from a Paradise Service Adviser letting me know they now had my car. The next morning I received a call to let me know my car had been repaired by installation of a mew GM battery. A courtesy car picked me up and took me to Paradise Chevrolet. My car was repaired and ready for pickup. Throughout the process Paradise Chevrolet demonstrated excellent professionalism and customer service. I very much appreciate the help I received from Paradise in quickly getting my car back on the road.
My salesman, Frank, was an amazing sales person and seemed very genuine when wanting to help me purchase my very first car. He had wide ideas, put my concerns and put my requests before anything and was considerate with my time at the dealership. The paperwork took awhile, but there's really nothing they can do about it. The dealership also doesn't shove things down your throat, such as buying special insurance or whatever. If you find a car you're interested in, I would definitely recommend stopping by!

I reviewed the website and made the drive out to the Ventura location. I met with Jim Perez who was very knowledgeable and was no pressure on his sales approach. We drove a few cars but I did not find the exact one I was looking for. It was a relief not to have someone hammering away on you when you have a big decision to make. I would recommend visiting the Ventura location and speaking with Jim if you are in the market for a newer vehicle.
I had been searching for a Toyota Tacoma for a while but was never convinced by other dealerships. The moment I arrived to Ventura Toyota, I felt a good vibe from everyone. We spent a couple hours discussing exactly what I was looking for and looking at different trucks from varying prices with the amazing team of Sam, David and Paul.
