Chad, his son Seth & Mike all treated us like Family. They were straight forward, honest and very accommodating to Myself, my Wife & 2 kids. Great people and we would certainly recommend anyone to them and will do business with them again when we need another vehicle down the road.

Marcos, did an exceptional job taking care of me. When I dropped my car off, he explained everything the service consisted of and when I came back to pick it up, he explained everything that was done to the car (there was a recall that was done also (he called me to inform me of the work prior to doing it)), just to make sure I was happy and understood everything. I live in Evans, Ga and I take the extra trip to Malcolm Cunningham Chevrolet in Augusta, Ga, because of people like Marcos.
I was looking for a specific type of car and found one there that had to be brought to the dealership. It arrived on my sales persons day off and he came in just to show it to me...on his day off. There was never any pressure the staff was straightforward with no pressure. The best care buying experience I have had.
Chris was the salesman that helped me! He was very helpful and straight forward. I usually hate the back and forth with car buying but Chris was very very helpful and I felt comfortable with the whole transaction!
Took my ecodiesel in for oil change and tire rotation. Service rep stated there were 2 open recalls and they could complete them now. Tires were rotated and recalls performed but could not do oil change because they didn???t have the filter. Explained that the filter was part of initial inventory that had not arrived yet, but would be available on Tuesday. I am not upset as they just opened. Went in Tuesday and service was completed promptly. Overall very pleased with service.
Lester has been delightful to work with and has made my visits for service a breeze - in and out quickly, with a loaner. Jonathan is very helpful with technology questions, which is very important to me, especially with all the new features available now. The current staff is so friendly and courteous. The salesmen that I worked with when I bought my car (they are not longer working there) made some promises that I did not think were going to be honored. I spoke with Greg Hodges, and he quickly took care of of my concerns. I have been very impressed!
