Im sure everyone has bought a car and expects to get screwed or some kind of games to be played. I know I have been through my share. But my friend told me about Lynne's Nissan But now its Nissan Of Stanhope. Said to stop there and ask for Jose Gonzalez or Gary and they should help me out. So I did and I am pleased I reached out, Gary listened to everything I said and made sure I got what I wanted. He didnt rush me, pressure me, or anything like that just a quick and easy process to find the car I wanted and no last minute changes. He stayed with me the entire time and made sure I was happy. The sales department was absolutely amazing. They were very helpful and I felt no pressure to buy. That being said the service was so exceptional that I did buy my car from them and the financial guys were just as competent and attentive. My experience with the service department has been unmatched. The service department head Jamie and my service representative Anthony treat every customer like they are their most important customer. They both kept me very well informed and have gone out of their way to put me at ease. As a mother of two young children, their ability to keep me updated and get me in and out as quickly as possible has been amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else for cars or service.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Did an internet purchase on an 09 Murano and at pickup found out the car didn't have all I asked for and was promised. I was livid because the original process had been great and felt I had been taken advantage of. Got in contact with Tom Wall, Manager and he searched high and low for the car I wanted. When he couldn't find the 2009 he got me a 2010 Murano at NO ADDITIONAL COST with all the options I originally wanted. In my opinion he went WAY above and beyond to make sure they made it right. I'll be a long time customer at DCH Freehold Nissan. Also, they have a great guy, John, who shows you all the options in the car and how each works....really friendly, really funny and very knowledgable. It's worth buying a car there just to meet him - he's teriffic!

I read review of DCH Freehold Nissan on this website and decided to drive all the way from Piscataway, about 30 miles, to buy a new car. The long trip was every bit worth it. I had an excellent, and I should say, a very unusual experience. Unusual because this experience was unlike any other I have had at other dealers. I felt no pressure to close the deal, no haggling over price and everyone in the dealership was very courteous and professional. My salesman was Mark Weber, who I think is the nicest and most professional of salesmen I have ever dealt with. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions in a very courteous and calm manner. He did not rush me into making my decision and let me take time with all the details. I bought my car because of him. Thanks Mark for a great car buying experience. I have given this dealer the highest rating particularly for a great car buying experience. Thanks.

Stumbled upon this Nissan dealer after a few failed attempts with other dealers. Was greeted with positivity, smiles, and the attention and support that I needed. One of the sales people, Ed, worked tirelessly for hours showing me different cars and finally found me a car that best suited my needs: low mileage, the color I wanted, and the style I requested, while being extremely generous with my trade in. Couldn't have asked for a better salesperson and dealer. Will definitely be recommending this to all I know and returning for more cars!

I had a great experience working with Harold Vanarsdale and the Nissan team in getting my new Altima. They were very patient with me and worked hard to get me the car I wanted. Since my purchase, I referred my brother who also got his new Altima with Harold and had a wonderful experience as well. I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for great customer service.
My wife and I just stopped by Last Monday to investigate a lease price on a new Rogue. Had no real intentions of purchasing then due to the fact that we still had 3 lease payments to make on our Altima. We were greeted By Sales Associate Tim Kaplan, He asked what our intentions were & explained our options in depth. He was very patient & very knowledgeable in regard to the Rogue models as well as the amenities & trim levels that were available. We spent a good 45 minutes to an hour looking for a vehicle and then test driving one. We did not expect to take a Rogue home that night, however after negotiating with Tim and then with the store manager Tyler Forzani getting involved, we decided to lease our vehicle that night. A very nice experience and both Tim & Tyler were wonderful to deal with. I did not get involved in the financing portion of the transaction as my wife handled that part. However, she said that the finance manager Pete S. was very friendly and helpful while explaining all of the transaction details also. While I waited for the vehicle to be readied for delivery I spent time chatting with another very friendly sales associate Charlie Gheya. All were concerned with our needs and very professional ; all around nice guys. Would purchase here again. Thanks Guys !!! Al T.
