My sales guy Kelvaleski Davis is awesome! He greeted me at my appointed time and made my car buying experience a dream come true. He never made me feel pressured but made me feel comfortable that I was in good hands choosing what was best for me. Kelvaleski and Nissan of Newnan will definitely be my go to for all my auto purchases.
Went in on a Sunday with only a hope of getting into the Durango I was interested in. Ended up getting way more than I expected on my trade and a great rate. The process only took a few hours and everyone I interacted with had great customer service. I didn't feel rushed and they got me into a 2018 car with around the same payment I had for a 2015. I did not purchase my car from the dealership, but their Service Dept has done all service on my car. Very easy to schedule online and they are very prompt on servicing my car. The entire staff is kind and courteous, and they take the time to explain my options and address all concerns.
It was meant for us to meet Lauren. She was patient and understanding and she fought to put me in a vehicle that would best suit me. Even had the chance to speak with Jeremy from cooperate . We were there from 1200pm to 630pm and the wait was worth it. My mom and I both were able to drive off the lot with cars that best fit us. :)
I am not going to write a long post because my title says it all! They are the BEST hands down!!!! Awesome from the greeter to the salesman to the person cleaning up your vehicles. I will not go any where else for my car needs.
I keep coming here because they do not waste my time. Fast efficient and remembering the little requests I made before the service started. Then highlighting them when I back to pick up my vehicle. Bravo.

My second visit for car maintenance to this facility and the entire experience is based on technology, the best trusted service, and my experience as a customer. They understand that leaving your car for maintenance is second only to going to the doctor and they make it as easy as possible with lots of ways to communicate and address questions and concerns. Visibility to my bill is much appreciated and there are no concerns from booking to the appointment to calling me with updates to paying my bill that wasn't easy and trusted.
I love my 2013 ESO, the salesperson was really great. The guy in the finance department talked me into buying the gap insurance but it was cheaper through my insurance company. The finance guy also told me I could cancel it at any time. I went there in July after calling him and I was told I had to do it in person. As of today November 26 the policy is not canceled. I have called him 3 times leaving voice mails and written messages with the operator. I have not heard from him. To me that is poor customer service! !!!
I got a good car for a good price. This is a no frills dealership, but I couldn't have asked for better service.
