Needing to buy a van while a hurricane is heading our way, definitely had me starting out in the negative. I spoke with multiple dealerships & physically went to six others. The service Jayson provided was completely opposite of what we experienced with all of the others. He answered all of my questions, addressed any concerns and wasn't pushy or in my face. And anyone looking to buy a car/van knows how rare it is to not have a fast talking, in your face salesperson. I knew what I needed when I went in & he respected that & didn't try to put me in something else. The young lady that processed the paperwork for me was also very pleasant to work with. We WILL be heading back next summer to buy my teenage daughter her first car & she's already made it clear that she wants Jayson to be who she works with!

Great size car with very good performance with a 6 cylinder and CVT transmission. Company is making a mistake to drop this 6 cylinder engine. Compared to a Accord or Camry the price is much lower with all the same features. Very happy with the gas mileage too.

These guys were SO good to me. The owner heard through a friend that I was without a car. I have a 7 year old nephew, that I'm raising, and was planning to use my tax returns to buy a cheap car. Steve, the owner of CBS Quality Cars in Durham, made the decision to GIVE me a 94' Honda Accord. Gave it to me, at no cost. He even paid for the tags. I hate buying cars. In fact, I hate dealing with major automobile sales, service, and other people of automobile organizations of any type at any time. I had just moved from the Mountain West to NC and needed a new car. We had had my wife's Cadillac serviced at another dealer when we first arrived and paid over $600 for a 60,000 mile service and they didn't even catch, much less replace the torn windshield wiper blade we had. I put off walking into another dealers to look for a new car for 2 months. Finally, I searched online for a car the would fit my personal needs. I settled on an Impala and put the word out online. Offers came in from area dealers. Dreading the interaction I picked Hendrick Southpoint first (it was closest), set up an appointment and went in. Things did not start well, JJ is a Dallas Cowboys fan, I root for the Washington Redskins. To ward off my rising anxiety, I told JJ that I was not looking forward to the interaction and the BS that would come. I said I had walked out of many places in my life because of the hassle of purchasing major items, especially cars. He said, "I understand." I thought, "well, there's BS #1." He offered a test drive right away and afterward we got down to specs and dollars. I told him that I didn't want that car I drove at that price and described what I wanted. It wasn't on the lot. Instead of trying to sell me one on the lot, JJ went looking for the car nearest to my specifications that he could find. We reviewed it on paper going over every detail to make sure it met my desires. Then I gave him a price, he took it to his manager (of course, part of the system I hate) but the manager came out and talked turkey right away. Clearly JJ had told him that I wouldn't hesitate to walk if I thought there was too much BS. He started calling other dealer GM friends of his to find a car that matched as he couldn't find one in the area. He located one in Delaware and traded a truck for it (I could hear the gulp outside his office). The finance guy didn't give me any hassle either -- no this warranty or that support system. When we were through I wasn't even charged a destination fee so I bought the "optional" $199 oil service "plan" as a sign of good will. The one problem was getting the car over Christmas weekend. It took them a few days longer than promised, but it made sense--who wanted to give up their Christmas to drive 400 plus miles to get me a car. JJ kept me posted on things and when I reminded him that Hendricks had my money, car unseen for a week, he found a way to make up for it. When we first saw the car, it was gorgeous, especially the interior, with most of what we wanted and little of what we didn't. Another customer group coming through the show room saw it and literally gasped. They loved the color and design. JJ was true to his word, worked hard to meet my fairly inflexible demands, dealt well with his colleagues and made sure I got what I wanted. Over the week that this purchase activity went on I was receiving calls, texts, and emails from other dealers in the area, but their offers were no where enticing enough to get me to drive over their way. In the end, thanks to JJ and the Hendricks team behind him I actually enjoyed buying the car. I even found an excuse (not enough air in the tires) to go back a week later and say hi to everyone. The service people were as responsive and nice as JJ, plus they didn't root for the Cowboys. Every time I look at the car I smile at the fun it was making the purchase.

We were not prepared to have to buy a new vehicle, but our car was totaled in an accident. We had just purchased our first new home and had incurred a lot of expenses. They were willing to work with not only our low credit, but the insurance and gap people, as well to help get us into a car when our rental ran out. Even with our old loan still showing, they were able to show the banks the insurance/gap were paying it off. MANY other dealers weren't willing to work with our situation, but since they are a larger company they were able to still make things happen. We were afraid of needing to uber for an extended length of time and didn't want to throw money down the drain. They were caring enough to take not only our business but to also give us a loaner car until our car was ready. They also drove our car up from another dealer which made the sale. We had our hearts in our old kia sorento (we originally talked with the managers at kia next door), but were able to find something comparable in size and price, with less miles, more warranty and coverage, and a few extra bells and whistles our old car didn't have. After purchasing, they did a full inspection and checked our brakes, they also gave us a week to comment on any scratches/chips/or things not working correctly, that they will fix. On top of that, they were able to work across dealers under "Fred Anderson" to ensure we got the car we wanted/needed in a timely manner so we wouldn't continue to incur out of pocket expenses. They even brought a car from the neighbor store to do a side by side comparison. This whole process from the date of total to the date of purchase was 2 weeks, however working with the Nissan team of Raleigh was a 3 day process due to our situation. We are just thankful they could work with our situation and help us out! Also, due to us getting a car from the fayetteville store, there wasn't room to lessen the price, but they worked with us to keep our payment lower while including protection and gap insurance. Overall, we experienced a rainbow after the storm, and are quite happy with our decision to go with Fred Anderson!

I love the Nissan Altima's. I owned one before. Just a few nit picky things I would change. But I know it is reliable and looks sleek and classy. Wish the price was lower but I still love it and will always own one.

5 Golden stars! I was in the market looking for a new car had been searching for almost a month. I ran across Fred Anderson Nissan of Raleigh while watching Sunday night football ball.. seen this 2014 max and that I had to have! I inquire about the car the next day and a online rep contacted me about my inquiry. I set an appointment for the same day! I drove an hour and a half to this dealership with all good hopes of bring home a car! As soon as I arrived at the dealership I was greeted with exceptional customer service. I was actually looking for the rep that I had spoke with earlier that day but she had left for the evening. MACKLY, my guy! He was beyond great! He told me that the lady I was looking for was out but he could definitely help me! I sat down with him and discussed exactly what I was there for! Instantly he grabbed the keys to the car and we headed for a test drive! Man this car was CLEAN! Mackly was very knowledgeable with his information provided! Seems like him and I had met once in this lifetime! I felt right at home! Once back at the dealership things went good and smoothed and fast! Of course numbers were ran and Mackly did his best while working with his team to get me a good and affordable rate! Long story long or more so short! This dealership is 45 minutes from my house so I called prior to leaving to confirm the used car was still on the lot and to explain that I wouldn't arrive until approximately 20 minutes prior to closing to make sure this would be ok. I spoke with Chad who confirmed the car was on the lot and said it was perfectly fine to show up that late and he would have a salesperson ready to work with me when I arrived and I could stay as late as I needed. I was greeted by Chad and the salesperson (Javier Gonzalez) shortly after arriving and Javier was already familiar with the car so we were able to start the process right away. Javier took the car through the dealership's on-site car wash and then I inspected the car internally and externally (very clean and prepped). The test drive was easy and I thoroughly enjoyed my interaction with Javier during the test drive; both from his knowledge base of the car and his personality and sales style. He worked with me well beyond his scheduled working hours; never making me feel the least bit troubled or rushed for doing so. I returned with my wife the next day and completed the purchase. I cringe when thinking about the process of buying a car but this was the most pleasant and painless experience I've had. From my initial call with Chad; my exceptional sales experience with Javier; to the closing with Carl, the process was efficient and pleasant. I will definitely encourage folks I know in the market for a car to visit this dealership and I would highly, and without hesitation, recommend working with Javier. Kudos!

I've been burned by used car dealers. I also have a "boomer" uncle who sold used cars from the 70's - 90's. I counted the seconds before the bait-and-switch. I even abandoned a conversation with Andre b/c I did not get my question answered before he asked for my t-phone number. Still, I went in to check out the two trucks I wanted to investigate. Andre hooked me up with Sam Isaac. First, Sam listened - what I wanted and what I didn't. When I asked about 2 trucks and became interested in a 3rd, he brought back the third key and a cup of cold water. I appreciated the kindness. Second - he didn't hover. I took notes, crawled under the vehicle, compared internet notes and snapped pics of items of interest. He let me take my time and popped in / out as I did my homework. "What do I need to do to earn your business?" can be translated to 'where can I focus my sales skills to wear you down'. He really meant it. He brought over the finance guy who brought out several documents that were indicative of transparency. I had already downloaded some of these docs and they were the same. I began to relax because ...truth. The obligatory extended warranty discussion was held. And it was a discussion...he extolled benefits. I explained my rationale to refuse. He smiled and said, "It's my job to ask." And with a wink, he was gone. I had a 70% chance of returning the vehicle within the 5 days b/c I had a trick up my sleeve. I was going to the dealership and they were going to take 2 hours tearing into the truck and list all the problems that were be hidden. You would not BELIEVE what they found! Nothing. Nada. It was exactly what they said it was. I was so impressed that I went back to Sam and told him how much I appreciated my treatment, his honesty, and the transparency across the board. I gladly shared my story with Kevin Condon b/c as the manager, he needs to hear the good, the bad, and the WTH? I was met again with the same transparency and graciousness. Maybe I'm just a lucky SOB. Or maybe they are what they say they are. I think you should go in and find out for yourself. I'm already recommending them to my co-workers and friends.

We don't buy cars very often. In fact, this is the fourth car we've bought as a couple in 22 years. So, just like patients are nervous when they go into surgery and doctors are confident because they perform surgeries every day... we were nervous about making sure we made a good choice for us (especially because our last car purchase is still leaving a lot to be desired, I wish we'd come to Auction Direct USA years ago. We worked with the credit union to secure financing and looked at cars in our price range. The Kia Soul seemed to be the car for us in every way. We found a few on line and the one at Auction Direct had the lowest mileage and a free CarFax report. We were excited to find that the Soul at Auction Direct USA has a manual transmission - which is something we had had before and really enjoyed. After comparing all of the cars and prices online, we connected with Auction Direct USA via their website. I received a text message from Alana Nolan offering to answer any questions and inviting me to come and test drive the Soul. When we walked in we were instantly greeted by a very friendly concierge and she connected us with Willie Duncan immediately - he was expecting us... how cool! Willie was warm and kind and walked us through the philosophy of Auction Direct USA. We told him the car we were interested in and he brought it up so we could take it for a test drive. Time is the most precious commodity in our lives and we knew we had only a small amount of time before we needed to go and pick up our kid from school. Willie did not waste our time and he did not rush us. We were taking a test drive and getting to know Willie in the process. We instantly felt comfortable with Willie and we were 100% certain we wanted to buy this car before the test drive was over. We needed to go and get our kid and finalize things with the credit union. We were able to return later that evening - and Willie stayed after the dealership closed to help us drive away with our car. When he asked us if we would write a review, he told us to please make sure we tagged Tom Collins, his manager, because Tom had helped him with our sale. Tom had also greeted us and thanked us for being there. I truly believe that we rise by lifting others and when Willie wanted to make sure to tag others, it made a serious impression on me and my husband. The dealership was exactly what we wanted and needed. Although it was a dreary day, there were many people purchasing cars while we were test driving and everyone seemed happy - this is not always the case when buying a car. I will recommend Auction Direct USA to any friend who needs a car. I appreciate their philosophy, customer service, selection, web services, communication, and kindness.

This is my second Altima. My first is still going strong at 235k miles but I wanted a new one just Incase and found a great deal after a month of be picky and choosy because I have the luxury of doing that since my car is still going strong. My first is an SL and I didn’t want a sunroof but still wanted leather so I went with the SR. I wish the floor mats in the Altimas were a little nicer but overall I love the car!

Walking into the store, I did not know what to expect. First time at Auction Direct. A kiosk up front set me up with Khalil. He asked what I was interested in, and I showed him my list. He looked it over, and we headed out to the lot. I did a lot-50 hours plus, of research online before heading out. I had two price points, and different vehicles in each. Auction Direct had 12 cars in my list, 9 at the lower price point I was targeting. Having access to the car fax was a huge help in narrowing down my choice. Khalil was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, and I had just spent all that time researching them. I was happy that Khalil was giving me much of the same info that I already knew - because then I felt like I could trust him if needed on a vehicle that maybe I didn???t do any research on. Bottom line though, I had a great car buying experience. Its always stressful buying a car. I felt he was understanding my needs, we took our time, and I even needed a little break from the process to think on my own, which was totally cool. I ended up with a FANTASTIC car at an unbeatable price - seriously, I know I got a great deal because I had priced out over 20 of this make and model all over NC and VA. And I got piece of mind - adding the ???Ultimate??? warranty offered by Auction Direct. Financing was a breeze, and that process continued with Khalil on point and actively involved, I wasn???t handed off to someone else. I drove off the lot feeling great, in my new car, in about 5 hours.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

We were in need of a car after someone hit my wife's SUV and totaled it. I searched on the internet, and saw a car I was interested in at Hannah's. We went down there and they were super busy, but they found the time to stop and help us by letting us test drive the car, and taking it to our mechanic for him to give us the thumbs up, or thumbs down. We had the car for over half a day, and Hannah's did not call or bug us. We got the thumbs up, and have now driven the car for over two years. The only problems we've had were with sensors, which couldn't have been seen during the inspection. We fixed the sensors, and the car rides like a dream. Thank you Hannah for your professionalism and service. We'll definitely shop there again.

Great Car-Buying Experience, But Get There Fast!

I visited a different dealership last Saturday and was not impressed. Even though I had driven 2 hours to get there, I walked on the deal anyway. Sunday I scoured the internet figuring out what I wanted and who had it. Around 1am Monday morning I had picked out a V6 Passat at Hanna Imports and sent them messages to schedule a test drive for Monday afternoon. First thing in the morning I was scheduled. I showed up early and had a look at the car. When I walked up to the office I was greeted warmly and set up with Gil Parson as my sales guy. He had an enthusiasm for the car and for cars of that type in general so we hit it off great. After the test drive while my trade was being evaluated (they offered me more for it than anyone else) someone else came by to look at the car and was sad to learn I had gotten there first! Gil offered to go over the CarFax with me and we found that some bumper damage had been repaired at a VW dealership. No problem. I was surprised when they stuck to their internet pricing because that never seems to happen! And a free 12-month warranty to boot! I asked for a detailed breakdown and found they had a dealer credit program that pays $5,000 on top of what the insurance company totals the car out to be if it ever gets totaled! I didn???t opt for that though, because I tend to go where the cars I want are, and they had no problem with me declining it. They were also able to work with my own bank for financing, so you military types have no fear, they work with USAA! They then took the car I was buying and put a full tank of premium gas in it for me, and then had it detailed for me! This is after 7pm on a weekday. Once the deal was done and it was time to hand over my trade I was assisted by Gil in moving my plates and any other items from my old car that I could use on the new one, and then he moved the old car up under the lights by the building so I could park the new one next to it and he took my picture for me to post my purchase on Facebook! He stayed super late to make sure I was taken care of, and I got a great car from great people at a GREAT price! I???d recommend them to anyone... but make sure you get there fast to get the car you want!

I have a midnight edition , great styling inside and out . The suspension is great , this car handles excellently especially fun on winding mountain roads . With just a 4 cylinder this car has surprising performance while still getting great fuel millage . The leather interior makes the car feel more expensive than it actually is and the paddle shifters are fun to play with

I am very pleased with the staff and workmanship. One complaint: someone rummaged through my dash, console, and hatch looking for the lugnut to use for the tires. I had strategically, for safety and security, placed two pairs of sunglasses in the dash and the garage door opener in the console to find that everything in these compartments were topsy turvey because someone rummaged through these compartments and made a big mess. Had someone called me, I would have gladly told them where to find the lugnut. Please be sure the manager is aware that someone is rummaging through the vehicles without authorization. The customer should be called first. Suppose it wasn't one in the vehicle? They did find mine and they had to look good for it for where it was - I truly don't appreciate knowing that someone went through all my belongings in my vehicle. And . . . . it was put back in the wrong spot. When I arrived home, I had to look for the garage door opener as it had fallen to the bottom of the console due to the mess someone had made. In these instances, please call the customer first. I know I would certainly appreciate it instead of someone making a mess of my belongings.

I love this car so much I even bought my daughter one for her first car! So safe! Great on gas! Drives Very smooth. Great for in Atlanta traffic she can go two weeks without filling back up!! Perfect size for small family Trips as well!
