Solid 12-yr experience, and nearly a repeat customer

We just sold our Honda Element that we bought from Dick Hannah Honda in 2005. All our service was with Dick Hannah Honda over these ~12 yrs. That's more than enough time for the relationship to go south. This past Friday, we started looking for a new Honda and both my wife and I agreed that we would only consider Dick Hannah for the next Honda. Nick was great, and we heard he was great from someone in Oregon before we showed up. He did not disappoint. While we didn't end up going with a Honda because the Pilot ended up being a bit different than the specs we were after, had we bought a Honda it would have been with Nick. I might also add that before our Honda (more than 12yrs ago), I moved to the State of WA with a 3000GT, and when it was in a fender bender requiring a very costly repair, the Dick Hannah Collision Center did an amazing job. Awhile after the body shop work, the complex paint started to show a problem. Dick Hannah Collision Center redid the paint job...zero fuss. The fella looked at it and said, yup we're gonna redo this. That was a very costly paint job for them to redo. I recently sold that 3000GT and the paint was still looking great. One last comment: tell corporate to bring back the Element!!
