I brought in my old(2001) Xterra for service and repair. They had the vehicle for a day and got everything done in a timely fashion and at a very reasonable price. I would VERY HIGHLY recommend this dealership.
I have a 2007 Infiniti QX56 and has had it in the shop several times for different issue and one occurring issue. My issue with Nissan service dept is the lack of calls answered when wanting to make an appt or the fact they hardly call you as soon as your vehicle is ready. Each time I'VE had to call to find out where they were on the status of service. The main reason I will not be using Central Nissan service is the one issue they have never fixed all four times I've had to return my vehicle to repair other issue. The 4 wheel drive I'm sure had issues when I purchased the vehicle used. I tried 4 TIMES to have my issue resolved with them either not remembering to check that issue (which was on all 4 service tickets) or they took so many days to repair the other faults when asked the fault on the 4 wheel drive they were deer in headlights and asked to keep longer to check it out! REALLY.
Ashley Ortiz was great to work with. She was patient and made it so stress free. I bought a brand new 2018 Nissan Rogue from her. I love this car. When I had trouble with the ???kick??? motion to open hatch, she sent me a little ???how to??? video (just for me)! Now I call that customer service.
In my grief, I needed to sell my husband???s Titan truck. He passed away 6 mos. ago. I just didn???t want to deal with trying to sell to the public for fear of scams, etc.. I spoke to Ryan in the parking lot and he took me under the wing with compassion. As I waited during the process, He kept checking on me and offering water during the process. He did whatever possible to make it easier for me and comforting. I greatly appreciated this. Several other employees were very kind in coming up to speak a short message to me. All were so kind. God told me in 2 different ways to bring the truck here. Now I know why. I was taken care of very well.
I came in just to ask a few questions because i was thinking of starting a lease for a new car! I have never done this before and Chanler was very helpful. She walked me through what all would happen and payment plans and everything. I left knowing exactly what I wanted and with a plan! I love this dealership and highly recommend it. Based on my visit I experience excellent client service.
Kacey was patient, polite, and very knowledgeable when we came in to shop for a new car. My husband has been a ford man since he was 16 and Kacey sold him on a brand new Kia! Kacey continued to give us great information and let he Kia's great qualities sell itself to us. We loved that Kacey let us take our time, wasn't pushy and allowed us to ask all the questions we needed to stay well informed on this big decision. Thanks for the great new car!
I took my mom to Sutherlin to buy a new rogue and was treated like royalty. I can't complain at all because the whole staff was totally on point 100%. My mom won a cruise and we are headed to the Bahamas soon. I love the yippee ya yaee commercial on the radio!! Awsome awsome awsome!!

Nicky Jarrell-service advisor is a pleasure to deal with. Always seems like she really cares and takes the time to explain what’s wrong and what it’s going to take remedy the problem. Very polite and seems like she really cares. I’m buying a new Nissan shortly from this dealer and she is the reason why.

I was looking for a specialized vehicle that could tow horse trailers and yet provide comfort and style. I went to the dealership closest to the house and was hooked on the Armada from the moment Jimmy showed us one on the lot. We then requested a very specific color/interior scheme and they found the car that day and we were driving by the end of the day with a great deal. Jimmy, Ishon and the entire team made it easy and the experience was very positive. My wife LOVES the SUV, the technology onboard is phenomenal and the seats are the most comfortable seats I have ever sat in.
I was just nearing the end of a lease from another dealership that I had been with for almost 20 years. Over the course of the past year my financial situation was less then perfect. My former dealership offered me a ridiculous quote. Mind you, I have never been late on any of my car payments. So on 9/24/2018 I decided to take a chance on another dealership and a a new brand of car. From the moment I spoke with Jimmy at Mt. Holly Nissan he was nothing but respectful, compassionate and understanding of my current situation. The whole dealership as I walked inside had a comforting atmosphere. No pressure, just reassurance that everything was going to be okay. It was more than okay, it was phenomenal. Jimmy and Cholly took my bad situation and turned it into a remarkable leasing experience. I didn???t have to go back to my former dealership to turn in my vehicle, Jimmy made sure he took care of everything. I ended up with a beautiful Nissan Sentra 2019. I couldn???t be happier. Without Jimmy???s patience, time and understanding I don???t know where I???d be now. Cholly made the financial signing of the forms as easy as could be without any confusion. This is without a doubt a family oriented dealership. I recommend this dealership to the moon and back to everyone! My mother is even switching to Nissan when her current lease is up !!!!! Thank you Jimmy and Cholly...... I absolutely love my new car !!!!!!!!
I was really nervous because this was my first time buying a car from a dealership. I had less than a year's worth of credit, a junk trade in and $500 but still left the lot completely satisfied. Bill worked with me and reassured me the entire time- I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else for a car!
