Ray truly wanted to earn my business and it was felt from the initial meet and greet at the front desk. The entire walk around he assured me he was going to take of me and he definitely came through in the end. It took 2 days but we were able to make the deal.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership a few days ago, and they took care of me from the moment I walk through their door to the last minute of me closing the deal and drove off with the car. All friendly staff. Big thank you to Michael and Issac for creating such a great experience.
I went to this dealership last night and had a great experience with both Tim O'Brien and Bernie Drexler. They were both very up front and honest about the cars and financing and made me feel very comfortable getting into a new car. I drove 2 1/2 hours just to see them because I heard how good of a dealership it really was. Hands down the best experience I've had buying a car. Quick, easy, pain free! I plan on continuing buying from them from here on out. I highly recommend going to see them!
My business transaction of the ca purchase went very well with one exception, they promised to detail he vehicle but it was only washed. I would have addressed my complaint but I had a prior engagement and did not have the time to wait at the dealership. So far so good with the vehicle. In conclusion I would recommend this dealership to friends and family.

This is my second vehicle lease with Bruce Bennett Nissan, and my second experience working with David. I can't recommend him highly enough. David was so flexible with my busy schedule and was willing to get 80% of the offer ready via email which was ultimately the most convenient for me. Purchased a CPO 370Z two days ago. The buying experience with Senior Sales Consultant Norbert Rivera could not have been better. He accompanied me on an extended test drive and, the next morning, picked me up at home half an hour from the dealership to take me to take possession of the car. Norbert gets 6 stars, and the other people in the dealership were friendly and helpful. Until the signing of the final paperwork with Business Manager Matthew Manuele. There was nothing complicated here. The price and the final punch list had already been agreed to, and I was paying cash. The problem arose when Matt started pushing an expensive extended warranty. His approach was an obsolete hard sell approach, and he very definitely did not want me to go home and think about whether I found it worth while. I finally had to tell him "back off," and when he didn't I simply said "No!" In the end he apologized and I accepted his apology, but that did not do much to remove the sour taste he'd created.
