They wax my car for free every 6 months. I also get my oil change etc....(they send me coupons and reminders). Carwash--- well- honestly, not a really ideal situation, because plenty times they told me they didnt have time. I dont even ask anymore.
i wasn't able to buy yet need to save some money but they were very nice and respectable of my time and just bc i couldn't buy that day i was treated very well. when i can get my car it will b NISSAN OF PICAYNE!!
On yesterday I went to Matt Bower Nissan to look around, not to buy are trade in. When I got there I was greeted with great service. I spoke with John Godfrey who assisted me by any means necessary. I was not looking to leave off the lot with a car, what’s so amazing I didn’t ask to see the cars he pick one out for me and it was perfect from that moment I knew I had to get this car. John made sure that happened even when I had doubts, he made sure I was one satisfied customer. Great job John Godfrey I will make sure I recommend your service. This post is to retract the prior post that I recently sent. I am very happy to report that my faith in Matt Bowers Nissan has been restored, and I’m very proud to be able to share that with everyone. I must commend and especially thank Reggie Bates for reaching out to me and exhibiting exemplary customer service skills in his determination to make me Whole in this process, and turned out to be instrumental in correctly solving the issue. I would now definitely buy another vehicle and recommend the dealership to people that I deal with. I’m so glad that everything was resolved and now I’m back to enjoying my beautiful vehicle. I purchased a 2013 Nissan Rouge from Reggie Bates, he got me approved with no money down!!! I went to Premiere and Ray Bryant they said they couldn't help me but Reggie Bates did! He even came to pick me up from home. He had me in and out in less than 30min!!!
And I am in my 60's I've never felt the experience I did with him!
I was involved with another dealership in a process of trading-in two vehicles for one. I was frustrated there but fortunately ended up working with the expert team at Gulf Auto Direct. Rickey was easy going but informative and helpful. He communicated with me in a straight forward manner that I respected and showed that he respected me!
