I am highly satisfied with the service of Dan Labodin and Omar Borja ??? very professional, honest, attentive to our needs. All my family is very thankful to you! Very good job Team! Mae is the absolute best there is. Period. If you are looking for a new or used Nissan in Northern Jersey i'm sure you will be tempted to shop around at all the other local dealers in the area...but do yourself a favor. Save yourself and your family the headache, the hassle, and the time and go to Ramsey Nissan where they are actually willing to make deals happen...and no one does it better then Mae. She isn't just there to sell you a car. She actually cares about why, what the circumstances are, and which one of your needs need to be fulfilled. All the makings of an amazing saleswoman. My salesperson was a young man named Owen Wang. Owen was professional, knowledgeable and polite. He always returned my calls or texts promptly. Owen answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns. When he went over the vehicle, he covered everything from bumper to bumper in great detail! I was very pleased with him and my service at the dealership.
Donell worked for me to the best of the ability I could ever imagine. He was patient and very knowledgeable. Bruce the Finance Director was the best as well getting me approved for my new car. Didn???t see it coming but these guys made it happen. Shot out to the General Manager Wayne for his take as well, awesome!!!
Donell & Marie were helpful during our visit today. We came in for our appointment and they assisted us quickly and professionally. We came in to buy our our lease and donell made sure we didn???t overpay.
Im pretty sure i would have not purchased this vehicle from Nissan New Rochelle. No knock against NNR but my plan was to look at several other car manufactors and a couple other Nissan Dealers to try and gage and get the best vehicle at my price and i think i did that here. Sales man Bryan Quintana is an outstanding person let alone salesman. I admire this young man's hard work and loyailty to his customers, this dealership got my business because of him.

Nissan of New Rochelle is the best car dealership around. They are incredibly friendly and welcoming. As a female, entering a car dealership can be very intimidating however Nissan of a New Rochelle welcomes you right in with the best service. Anthony is the owner and he???s always on the floor greeting and helping customers. The General Manager, Wayne, is very knowledgeable and actually takes the time to listen to your needs and provide great service. Donnell was my sales consultant, but more like a moral supporter as the cars sell themselves. He is great!! I highly recommend this dealership. I have gotten two leases from them so far and will continue to lease from them moving forward. PS, they also have a service desprtment that gets you in and out with fast great service. Carlos will greet you in the mornings with a big smile (and coffee with bagels).
Recently purchased a 2006 Toyota Land Cruiser from Joe LoPresti. I cannot say enough about my experience with him and the entire team. The car is rock solid, clean and the deal was made without any tricks or games as I've dealt with many times before with dealers. The manager Joe Youssef was also great in making my purchase fast and pain free. Would definatly recommend Nissan of New Rochelle to anyone in the market for a new or preowned car or truck.
After struggling with an old Nissan being repaired but another dealership, we almost lost faith in Nissan. However, the sales manager and salesman, Michael Britt we have our faith back!

I went to this dealership last night and had a great experience with both Tim O'Brien and Bernie Drexler. They were both very up front and honest about the cars and financing and made me feel very comfortable getting into a new car. I drove 2 1/2 hours just to see them because I heard how good of a dealership it really was. Hands down the best experience I've had buying a car. Quick, easy, pain free! I plan on continuing buying from them from here on out. I highly recommend going to see them!
I just wanted to take time to rate my experience at Rockland Nissan in Blauvelt, NY. I rated this dealership 5 SHINNING STARS. I wish there were 5 more to give. This was the first non-stressful, smooth and professional experience ever. Tim O'Keefe is extremely genuine and patiently listens to your requests and concerns. I was thoroughly educated about the car I desired and given a great price. The vehicle included everything and more that I was looking for thanks to Tim and Freddie. Everyone went out of their way to make sure all my needs were met. This dealership delivers incredible customer service and zero pressure. If you're looking to buy or lease, I would strongly recommend going over to Rockland Nissan in Blauvelt, NY. Tim, Freddie and the crew will meet all of your needs. This was my second time visiting Nissan of Hawthorne. The first experience was subpar- but this second visit is what prompted me to write this review.
Many months ago I expressed my interest in purchasing a new car. The reasoning was because I had a bad taste of my previous car-buying experience and wanted to start fresh. I didn't know why I was paying the amount I was paying and I just felt uncomfortable the whole time. I was referred back to the sales department to Bader.
Not only was Bader welcoming and knowledgeable, but he made me feel like I wasn't just another sale. I was a person with an experience he wanted to improve. I gave him my background of my car-buying experience and he ensured me he would do everything he could to get me the best deal.
He was very transparent about the price of the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. He gave me the breakdown of everything. He didn't do anything without me giving him the OK first. This was a huge aspect for me. Before, I felt like I didn't matter. But this time, I was in total control.
Working with Bader was Ahmed. He told me all the specs about the car, answered any and all of my questions, and was super personable from the moment I walked through the door. He listened to all of my awkward rants with a smile on his face. He personalized my experience so much that I felt like I left with a new friend! I could have not asked for a better sales experience with these two individuals. Please-- asked for Ahmed and Bader when you walk through the door. You will NOT regret it!
After that process, I was sent to see the finance guy. Previously, I felt like I was signing my name for hours on end. This time, Enrique made the process SIMPLE and TRANSPARENT. I was in there no longer than 5 minutes.
Overall--the new management at Nissan of Hawthorne blew me away with its kindness, patience, and knowledge. I am so pleased with my purchase that I will continue to go to this dealership for life!
xperience at Nissan of Hawthorne was top of the line from start to finish. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and was assisted my Gary. He was able to get me a phenomonal deal on an Altima that i couldnt refuse. i terminated my lease early with chevy and it was a great choice. The management staff was extremely professional Eddie Steve and Gary handled everyrhing with chevy for me which took a huge headache off my back. I would highly recommnend visiting the staff down at nissan of hawthorne when looking to purchase to your next vehicle.

This is my second vehicle lease with Bruce Bennett Nissan, and my second experience working with David. I can't recommend him highly enough. David was so flexible with my busy schedule and was willing to get 80% of the offer ready via email which was ultimately the most convenient for me. When I went to pick up my vehicle David was friendly, warm and professional just as he was the first time I worked with him.
