I own a late model Toyota Tacoma and was in need of an oil change and some other minor services. An appointment was made at The Toyota dealership for three weeks away. After calling the Performance Dealership in Butler,NJ, an appointment was made and the Toyota appointment was cancelled. The service at Nissan for a non Nissan vehicle was nothing less than professional. Service Manager Tim Kelly and his staff were tremendous, including Ms. Popper.What a relief to know that friendly service is right around the corner. Thank you Tim and staff.
Came into Performance Nissan in Butler NJ where Muhammad Khan took excellent care of my buying needs. It was a pleasure being serve by a great salesman and I would highly recommend him to my friends and familly. I got a 2018 Altima for a lease, and got a great deal on it from Mr.Muhammad and Mr.Eddie. deffinately looking forward to come back to this place. I would highly reccomend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new car!!!
Outstanding attentiveness to needs and service. I felt like Tim was a relative trying to do the right thing. It was an in and out time frame with explanations of all the service work about to be completed.....no surprises or hidden at the end costs. Respectful and sincere. Scheduling the appointment was simple/convenient, staff at the dealership(service team) alerted me to the recall item and were able to complete this work in addition to the initial items I had requested .
The sales rep was good, but I felt hostile. After paying everything in the finance room I came to know I need to pay additional around USD 1400 extra for some DMV tax etc that was never communicated to me before my 3000 out of pocket should cover everything. This is my third consecutive lease from Nissan Finance and I never had this kind of experience. The finance guy tried to push me to pay the amount and keep changing my monthly instalment. But when I decided to break the deal he was able to adjust that amount but still, I need to pay additional around 300 for some DMV work etc and my monthly payment still went up by around 1 dollar what I promised before. I guess this entire thing was a setup and they try to get this additional cost recovered from you. Very disappointing.
Nissan World of Spingfield NJ was very responsive and accomadating and fulfilled my wishes of my new vehicle. The sales team was very polite and courteous when I arrived at the dealership. I am very happy with the whole process. This was the easiest best experience I have ever had with getting my new vehicle.

I went to this dealership last night and had a great experience with both Tim O'Brien and Bernie Drexler. They were both very up front and honest about the cars and financing and made me feel very comfortable getting into a new car. I drove 2 1/2 hours just to see them because I heard how good of a dealership it really was. Hands down the best experience I've had buying a car. Quick, easy, pain free!
