Even though I had an appointment and was running behind my service provider arielle accommodated my recommendations/needs for my vehicle. Also, I did not have to wait so long for my service to be completed. I loved that they provide complimentary shuttle service. The shuttle driver Isreal was very kind and respectful.
I bought a car here YEARS ago. I brought it in for service and after the experience vowed NEVER to go back. I told the manager his dealership was the best advertisement for Toyota.
I needed to get my car tuned up including new brakes and shocks. I called and set up appointment for the next day. When I got in my car the sound was so bad, I asked if I could bring it in a day early.
I did, they took me where I needed to go. Everything was professional, friendly, and quick. I couldn't believe it. Technicians were great and so was the front of house and management, where the problem was before, Good Job Cardinale!
Friendly dealership and the facilities were excellent . The salesman was persistent online and I received messages stating - what can I do to earn your business ? I suggested coming down at least 2,000 on a used vehicle and I Woud walk on lot again .
My suggestion was based on at least 5 other vehicles in general area ... same make / model and similar mileage . Those 5 cars were 3-6 thousand less expensive .
In under thirty minutes he emailed back that they could come down 2 thousand . I didn't reply back , But walked into lot some thirty minutes later . The vehicle was in same condition as 24 hours earlier - dirty in and out , and looked like it might have needed a tune up under the hood . I said nothing about that . Later I asked in office what total would be out the door with tax ...title .. Now I realized I was some $ 1300-1500 over my budget and chose to decline . He said - ok make me another offer ... and I did . Later he brought his boss in . This gentleman said - " We worked very hard on this deal and I need you to honor your word !" I looked at him in amazement and reminded him that I never promised anything other than walking onto the lot . He eventually backed off . We talked a bit more, but I chose to pass .
The next morning I found my car - same make / model ....mileage for my target price plus a lifetime power TR warranty .
I found it interesting that Nissan of Seaside assumed they had a deal and went as far to question my integrity . I can only conclude that perhaps they were desperate for a deal .
Seller den is very nice guy. But he talk a lot. I think all American customer like that.i recommend go to buy this dealer. All dealer finical manager is so dangerous because they need extra money they sell mainthei package .
We just purchased a Nissan Altima from the Cardinale Dealership. It was actually a very pleasant experience. Our sales person Ahmed was one of the very nicest sales people we have ever talked to. He was not pushy at all. Also had much knowledge on the cars features. I told the sales manager what I wanted our payment to be each month. He made sure the payment was that amount and no higher. This has never happened in all the years we have purchased cars. I would recommend purchasing a car from this dealership.
Everyone was down to earth, friendly, and completely honest with me at this location. The buying process and the price was so much better at this location then at my home location so I drove one hour to get my car at this location.
Sam and Martin were great. We were greeted immediately as we walked into the showroom. Sam walked the entire lot until he found the perfect car for me, and Martin worked until all parties agreed on the appropriate amount. The overall experience was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a car dealership. Thanks!
I had a great experience. I went to several places in the Seaside area but eventually chose to buy from Cardinale. They were very accommodating, helpful and patient. All car had the carfax report in the car, so I knew its history the moment I opened the door. I got a great 2010 Versa in my price range. They also go out of their way to help get military a great deal. Also they found the second set of keys for my car, a few months after I bought it and overnighted them to me: Great customer service. If you are undecided about buying a vehicle and see the negative reviews from this place, just remember a lot of people just complain about the smallest most trivial things and you can walk away at anytime. So what is the problem? I would recommend going here first, they have other lots with other car makes, if you do not care for Nissans. Cheers, Rusty Z
Friendly and efficient. I was in a hurry. The repair was done correctly with no sneaky extra charges. I have to drive 45 minutes from home to get there. I wish there was Kia service like this in my town!
I took my car in for an alignment I'll need to notice at my my car was still pulling to the right after taking it out of the shop. I contacted the service department advising them that the issue is still there. I went in a couple days later. Only to be told that I must have hit something because my struts were not straight. Which I called the service department right after I got the vehicle out of service about my vehicle still pulling to the right. This was unprofessional and they should have fixed my car.
Dealership provided good customer service and had a large variety of vehicles to test drive. I am satisfied with my vehicle.
