Before I made the drive from Tennessee. I called and spoke with Eric Bates in Sales. I told him what I was interested in (a 2018 Outback) and he said they had many in stock. The next day, I drove to Asheville and Eric was waiting for me. Eric was both knowledgeable and personable. He had the right Outback waiting for me (both color and options). After a test drive, I decided to purchase it. The price was right and so was the car. The buying experience was made easier by Ms. King in the finance department. And while Eric did a thorough job explaining all of the options and settings, the dealership offers a second review of the car about three weeks later because they know it is hard to absorb all of the info the first time.
In short, my buying experience was excellent and I recommend both Prestige Subaru and Eric Bates.
Stopped in here on the way home to TN. We had been looking at the Atlas but weren???t really ready to buy. Zack greeted us and we were immediately impressed with him and with the loans feel of the dealership. It???s s very well appointed and maintained place. Long story short, thanks to Zack, we drove our new Atlas home to TN that evening. The staff stayed overtime to clean up the car and make the deal. This is s great place and I recommend you stop in and see Zack. He???s top-notch.
We had Bobby Michales twice as our salesmen . I can't say enough about him.. how it went out of his way to help get us into both of our vehicles . If you need anything he's always there to answer your questions. I do recommend Fred Anderson Nissian and ask for Bobby Michales . And the environment was pleasant and warm . The issue is really between the dealership and Nissan corporate that creates a barrier to simply doing the right thing for the customer. The dealership can do more to alleviate stress for the customer though. Rough service experience.
I've had my vehicle since new in June of 2015 I now have 122,00 miles on it. Fred Anderson has done all service and I have had no problems with my car at all. I have been very happy with the service department and the time it takes to be in and out. The staff here always makes me feel welcome. Thanks for all your hard work.

Nice place, good service. I use them instead of my hometown dealer because the service department rates a 10 at Taylor and a -10 here at my hometown.
