I was with a friend and I had terrible allergies at the time. I felt a little pressured instead of being informed about the vehicle. My last two cars were a BMW and a Landrover. The atmosphere was more informative about the vehicle and not to just sell. I ended up trading the toyota i left with a month later for a Sienna I think is far more appropriate for my busy lifestyle and luxurious for family and friends as well as a phenominal Toyota vehicle to own. This dealership could have had my business with my true purchase had they proflef my lifestyle and work as an interior designer and forensic artist with many needs for space and people tather then just selling a car. They were professional but I called back the next day with buyer regrets and went in the next week. After doing my own investigation on types of vehicles, I really liked the Sienna. Now, thankfully, to Toyota in general: I own an amazing, truly amazing Sienna.
Customer service was amazing and the process was fast. I just picked out the truck i wanted online and went to sign papers amd drove off. Its that easy, i recommend Carmax to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.
Darryl Coleman greeted us and were sold w his knowledge and listening to our needs that we purchased 2 cars. They are like family to us. Everyone there are very courteous and respectful and not pushy. Need to go to this place and see for yourself. We are so happy with my GT and my husbands SLE. No pressure and no hassle.
Process and everything was really quick and friendly. Only problem I had was with the Vehicle coverage I didn’t know it was optional. Other than that I bought a 2016 Nissan Altima, runs great really low mileage also payments are under $250 a month.. I really recommend if you want a down low payment also awesome monthly rate ... Also David Drumm is awesome at what he do with his job also the kids!! Thinking about financing a second car for sure!!!
Garry Parmelee "paceman" took great care of us. I really liked that he wasn't salesmanny at all, I have an adversity to salespeople, I feel like I can't think cause they're trying to manipulate me into buying things I'm not sure I actually want. I told Garry the cars I was interested in, he gave me the keys and let me and my husband go and check them out without him hovering over us. On top of that I bought a color I ended up having last minute regrets about, I even drove the car home but I called him and begged him to let me come swap for the other color I was looking and and I can't even believe it but he let me. Haha, my poor husband and Garry having to deal with me, but hey I got what I wanted
New or used, I absolutely detest the process of buying a car. It has been my experience that the sales guy always has to "let me check with my manager and see if I can get you a better deal" and the fiance guy always tries to pressure you into purchasing high mark-up extras (extended warranty, paint sealant, window etching, etc.) even if you are paying cash. Not so at this Hertz sales location. I found myself in a very tight time-crunch to buy a "commuter car" for a new job that I would be starting shortly and I simply didn't have time for the usual car sales nonsense. Chris (sales) was great. He was very responsive to all of my questions and very knowledge about his inventory. And Nathan (finance) was also great. He completed the seemingly endless stream of paperwork in a very efficient manner and without any excessive pressure about add-ons. Although this was the first time that I have ever purchased a former rental car, I would do so again. At least I would if it was from this Hertz sales location and if it meant dealing with Chris and Nathan.
They had a printed spread sheet of every car in their inventory with year, make, model, color, mileage, and price which saved time. Compared to other dealers having to log into computers or walk their entire lots. Sales rep Belle V. and Manager Brad were true professionals, very welcoming, answered all our questions and never rushed the process. We also received full vehicle history without asking for it. We will definitely be back for our next car purchase.
Garry was great. He offered me some advice on my choice of car based on his years of experience and I'm really glad I listened. He didn't offer the advice in an offensive, patronizing way either which I really appreciated.
Chris was an awesome salesman....I HATE buying a car.. and he made it tolerable!!!! Didnt pounce the minute we walked on the lot!!!! Will definitly be back when we need another car!!! & have told everyone I know that is in the market to go see him!!!!!
We did some research before choosing Hertz for our next auto purchase. The service was excellent Travis Fernandez was very genuine and made the process very smooth for us we never felt rushed or pressured. More importantly we got an excellent deal on our vehicle and a monthly payment we can afford. I highly recommend them!
Start off the back once I emailed Chris Quintana, things went off to an amazing start. Got me to come test out the vehicle and I was sold once I felt the smoothness of the drive. Very quick application to get my family and me on my way on the road. For the future I will come visit Chris and Hertz for my car buying needs
Chris at Hertz Car Sales was great; even though the car I was looking for was no longer available, he showed me other similar options, for the same price. He also took the time to allow me to check out other cars that he didn't point me towards; not once did I feel pressured. He was able to get me a good deal with in-house financing that allowed me to drive off the lot the same day. Highly recommended.
