First, let's just say that I am leery of dealerships because they usually charge high in labor. However, I will say that I now ONLY allow them to work on my car. Brandon is one of the personnel there and he is WONDERFUL! He goes above and beyond. My car was overheating in St. Charles (overheating/coolant issue) being a mom with a son who was leaving from medical care and needing to get home, I called and spoke with Brandon, he gave me some advice to get me home, and was willing to stay a few minutes after hours to take a quick look at the car. The people are friendly (other customers and staff). It is clean, free soda, popcorn, coffee, and television. If they had a free hotspot, that would be my hang out spot. If its time for a new car, I'm hoping and looking forward to getting it from DeKalb Sycamore Chevy!...I wonder if Brandon can be my sales/finance person, as well :) LOL

Went into the dealership very discouraged after having a bad experience with Anderson Toyota of Rockford. Expecting my first child in November, I now had to find a safe a reliable car for my new baby, and hopefully build credit. I was dealing with Mecie via email to arrange times around my work schedule to come in, she is WONDERFUL. Once I was finally able to make it in, I was first given AL, as my salesman, whom right of the bat was not very gracious of his job, and because I had no credit was clearly uninterested in helping me, showing me vehicles that wouldn't even fit a car seat in them & then giving me keys to search out vehicles on my own, and instead leaving to help another family directly in-front of me (still with various keys in my hands). I then approached JR, to complain of the service and asked if he so kindly would help me, HE WAS WONDERFUL and greeted me so kindly, jumped up from his desk and immediately started helping me look at cars, I went from being offered tiny used cars 2011-2012 which would never work from new baby, to being put into a brand new 2016 CHEVY. I was still so discouraged by JR, kept assuring me, "you're leaving in this car today" & Sure enough with no credit and just a small handful of money down they got me financed and I drove home in a brand new car with 7 miles on it. HAPPIEST DAY OF MY LIFE YET, JR WAS PHENOMENAL, AND I HAD A TRULY WONDERFUL TIME SPENDING THE BETTER HALF OF MY DAY AT THE DEALERSHIP WITH HIM. MY TWO SISTERS, AND BOYFRIEND WILL BE COMING IN FOR HIS SERVICES VERY SOON AND I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE I ENCOUNTER SEARCHING FOR A VEHICLE IN THE FUTURE!!!!!

Let's start off by saying that on Monday 4/10/2016 we traveled all over Elgin to different dealers to find the perfect vehicle for my boyfriend. McGrath Nissan was the 5th dealer we stopped at. When we arrived Jaw Stewart Promptly greeted us and asked us if we had any questions. We explained that we were not sure and if we could walk the lot. He told us which vehicles were used and which were new. We went off to look. Once we found some we went to him to ask prices and test drive one. He explained the cars features etc. then we went off for the drive. As we were driving we had questions on different parts on the vehicle and Jay did the best he could to answer them all with having a computer with more info in front of him. We got back to the dealer and explained that we didn't want to sit down and talk numbers and all that without my father being there to help us out. He understood and gave us his card to let him know when we would be stopping by with my dad. we shook hands and left. Few hours later we went back with my dad to test drive it again. Again Jay was very informative when my dad had questions for him as well. Which made my dad happy. Jay was not pushy and let us do the talking and explaining what would fit our budget and needs, instead of trying to push any vehicle on us to make a sale. We went back inside to to fill out the necessary paperwork and start on negotiation to take the car home. Once he was approved for the loan that's when the negotiations started. There was a bit of back and forth then Jeff Marcus the Used Car Manager came out to negotiate with my boyfriend. He was really easy to work with and made sure we had the price that was right for us so we didn't walk out empty handed. Jeff was also pleasant to work with. The final person we worked with to sign all the paper work with was the Finance Manager Mario Lopez. We had great conversations, He was easy to talk to. Explained everything and anything. Seriously helped my boyfriend out with an even better deal then what we walked in with. Helped that this was my boyfriends first time purchasing a vehicle by taking out a loan and we was great at explaining all the paper and the warranty etc. So from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out we were handed with exceptional customer service. Everyone was super easy to work with and super easy to talk to when it came to concerns and questions. We couldn't have asked for a better dealership! After Monday you guys have earned longtime customers. We will be returning in the future and making sure to mention to family and friends that McGrath Nissan in Elgin is the place to go for a vehicle!

I stopped by Bigger's Mazda to look at the new 2017 CX-5s that had just arrived. I was 2 years into a 3 year lease of my current CX-5, so I wasn't expecting to be able to do any type of deal, but just in case (wishful thinking maybe), I brought both of my keys fobs with me. Well, to make a long story short - I drove off the lot that day with my new 2017 CX-5 with the biggest smile on my face. This is the third car I have purchased/leased with these folks, and I swear it gets better every time - and the first time was already great! I used to deal with Marco, but this time I was met on the lot by Franco. He was very polite, listened to my questions and then sat down with me to discuss my options. He made everything work out for me, going the extra mile to make sure I was happy. And once again, I have to mention Ron Liszka, who recognized me and came out to chat and was super professional as always. He was able to make the deal happen by rewarding me for being a repeat buyer and easing the price down that last little bit (not so little actually) to make the deal happen. Lastly, I would also like to mention the Finance guy John, who was filling in that day but was a pleasure to deal with as well. As I said in my other reviews - if you are looking for a Mazda, you HAVE to check these folks out. You are doing yourself a disservice if you don't. Total professionalism, no pressure, no "BS", just trying their best to make all parties happy. And although this was a Sales transaction, their Service Department is top notch as well. I am a customer for life of this dealership. I am hopefully retiring soon and moving out of the state. You can bet your last dollar however, that when it's car buying time, I will be right back at Bigger's Mazda - these folks are that good. Thank you to everyone at Bigger's Mazda!!!

my husband and I bought this car specifically because we travel so much. I am on the road for work several times a week and we travel out of town often. This vehicle drives so smooth, is extremely comfortable, and great on gas as well! The body style is sharp and the interior is cozy, yet sleek. We also love the back up camera option.

To whom it may Concern, I bought my Honda 18 years ago, have used maintenance from Barrington Motors in the past. I have used maintenance closer to me and have only replaced batteries and brakes with original Honda parts. I have kept it in pristine condition and one morning in my garage my radio/CD player would not work without a code to restart it. This was after 18 years and no one could help because when I bought it from you no code was given to me. I had a letter from Honda saying that delivery of my manual was late. With Extraordinary help from Rich Cano he was able to get a code to restart my radio/CD player without having to take the radio out. Originally purchased because I had a 03' 350z I had to get rid of, the design of the Altima Coupe reminded me of it. Handled well in the typical North East weather, rain and snow were no problem. Had 0 mechanical issues with the car in the 6 years owned. The interior itself isn't anything spectacular but sufficient. Comfortable, able to drive 350mi trips back and forth without causing fatigue/discomfort. If given the chance I'd own another without question.
