Was having such a hard time getting a vehicle & something that I liked. This place was awesome & the people were great! They worked very hard to help me. I will be going here for any service the vehicle may need as well as future purchases..
The staff was awesome. It was my neices first car purchase. They were very fair on the price and there was no pressure to buy. The salesmen took a lot of time explaining things to her. The car was still under warranty and a factory warranty part had to be fixed. We went to a large chevy dealership where they tried to tell My niece she needed a part fixed before they would honor the factory warranty on another part. It was going to cost around $700.00 She called wheels to let them know what the dealership told her. They changed the part that really didn't need changed. It looked like new. Tots cost of the part $60.00 Wheels then told her they would take the car to the dealership and have the warranty part fixed. She is very happy with her 2013 chevy Cruze.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
This is the way car buying should be! No pressure, lots of information, no “let me talk to my manager” games. Sarah was professional and answered all our questions, even the ones we forgot to ask! The cars I looked at were terrific, and all had warranties on the engine and drive train, low mileage, and great prices. I bought a great car, and I think I’ve found my one-stop car shop!
My Honda was getting old and I was looking to switch things up with the new 2017 Maxima. I went online and made an arrangement to test drive the Maxima with Colin. Colin was extremely knowledgeable, fun, friendly and made the experience truly enjoyable. After taking the Nissan Maxima Platinum on an all day test drive I knew it was the car for me. Colin worked out a great deal for me and I am the proud owner of a car that I truly love. It's been a great experience and I am so in love with this vehicle. I highly recommend Buckeye Nissan to anyone. The facility is beautiful and all the people are amazing. Jeff, the sales manager, deserves a mention too. Just a great group!
Buckeye Nissan is a tremendous place to do business. The entire staff is up front and honest, while also being very helpful. At Buckeye, they look to take care of the customer's needs, while also saving them money. You don't find that at many dealers these days. I recommend Buckeye for anyone looking for a new or used car!
I needed to purchase a car pretty quickly and dreaded the trip to a dealer. I was so pleasantly surprised at Buckeye Nissan. Our salesman, Michael Free, was helpful but never pushy. We were able to look at cars without him hovering over us. Once we made a decision he was quick to get us through the car buying process. Everyone at Buckeye Nissan was super friendly and I plan on going back when our family needs another car.

The experience is seamless from beginning to end - the price is fair, the products are high quality, the showroom and staff are always welcoming and you truly feel at home. I walked away pleased with everything - and my new Maxima ROCKS!
Colin Ballein helped me for the second time in two years with finding the right car for my wife and I. He is very personal and professional and made the car buying experience very easy for us. I will always recommend him to other people and I think he is a great example of how a customer should be treated when buying a car. At times I have been turned off in the past by other salesmen with how pushy they can be and just trying to hit there numbers without actually getting to know the customer and finding out what they really need. I worked with Scott Mortland and Herold Samour. Scott was so patient and nice- going through all options and reviewing differences in each van. He did not pressure and really made me feel comfortable. He took his time and 100% sure I had everything I needed before I drove the car off of the lot. Then, as I started the financing process, I worked with Herold. I realized through our meeting that he sold me my very first car 17 years ago! Of course, I had a good experience with him back then and again for this purchase. It was one of the best buying experiences I have ever had and I will definitely return to Krieger Ford for future personal and business purchases. I highly recommend this team. I owned 4 Lexus cars/SUVs over 20+ years; bought from Lexus of Dublin. Service is good; but part pricing is expensive & gouges customers. Examples: replace engine air filter for $68.40++ (part is about $20); replace left/right front upper control arm part is $500 and total service is $800/EACH (BeckArnly part on RockAuto is $90); Timing Belt service is quoted $1,519 and part kit on RockAuto is $275 including water pump; wiper blades are $12/each, but installed vary from $25 or more; headlight level sensor/arm replace quoted at $1200, bot part on RockAuto for $170 and replaced myself (and I am not a car repair person). Purchase of most any part is extremely expensive; gouges the customer who paid a lot for the Lexus already; and prices are prone to cause "heart attacks".
I'm from Cleveland, OH and drove all the way to Columbus to purchase my RX, even though there are three Lexus dealerships closer to me. They have an amazing inventory and the best prices in the State. Ralph was an excellent salesman, he was honest and a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend Germain Lexus of Easton for your next Lexus purchase!
This was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle after almost 40 yrs. of driving. I was a die hard GM person since my mother retired from there but I wasn't happy with their latest move on layoffs so opted to look at the Mazda and Subaru recommended by my son. I had such a good time with their sales staff, I felt at home and they all treated me like I was special even talking about small stuff that we can all relate to. I recommend them Very Highly!
