I've owned this car for two years. I am the second owner. This is my third Altima. I have the 3.5 SL. I'm not disappointed with this car, nor do I dislike it. I also cannot say that I'm overly impressed with it. It does it's job, but I feel that build quality has declined since the previous two generations that I've owned. During the first year I owned the car I was practically on a first name basis with the dealership service center. I had to have several warranty repairs made. This isn't necessarily bad. All issues were resolved. I just feel a car shouldn't need this many warranty repairs under 30,000 miles. Other than that I do love the design of the car, both inside and out, and the power that the V-6 gives me.

Meets my needs with power and comfort, and has been totally reliable in very hot/ humid and very cold/arid climates. Tremendous highway mileage. Service at Nissan dealerships has been far better than previous experience with Hyundai, and quality of our Nissans far surpasses Hyundai, too.
Purchasing a used car from Darrell Askew at Balise Nissan was an easy and pleasant experience. Darrell was proactive over the phone, providing me with all the info I needed to buy the car from out of town.

This is truly the best car that i have ever owned. It's sleek design and great performance out weigh all my expectations. It has an amazing sound system and the on board dash is nice and bright. The backup camera is a plus and the auto start buttons both in the car and on the key fob are outstanding. GREATEST CAR

This car meets all of my needs. I used to own a 2010 Chrysler Sebring. Let's just say I won't get anything in the Jeep, Chrysler, and Dodge family ever again. The malfunctions and glitches are endless. As soon as you think you have one problem fixed, another part malfunctions. I'm an All-American but I would prefer to have a foreign car. The maintenance on it will be more expensive but at least the car will last longer.
I bought my car from balise and knew I should come here for his truck. So glad we did great experience, great service, very easy process.

It’s ok but a much lesser car than what I had. It has no safety features. No back up camera, radio has no bluetooth for music( have to use an aux cord), no heated seats, no blind spot warning, no front or back proximity warnings. It’s a basic car. Runs well, gets good mileage but blows all over the road in the wind!
Professional and friendly. Did everyone I asked: completed small repairs. Rick gave me a better-than -expected trade in allowance. Rebekah handled paperwork thoroughly and efficiently.

I believe The Nissan Altima has set the trend in styling since 2004. Since that year, other makes have obviously copied the body style. Performance, comfort, economy, dependability — all eleven Nissans I’ve owned have exceeded my driving expectations.
The letter said it would take an hour for service but only took a half hour . Everyone was very helpful , especially a young man named Fred Gouveia , who was checking on my car and had it brought out to me after service was complete . Excellent Experience !

This car was very reliable and comfortable for an everyday drive and/or long distance. The interior was designed very well to fit the needs of the driver and its passengers. The drive is smooth and easy--high recommend.
This was my first time making a purchase like this. I used cars.Com to find the perfect car I was looking for it came down to a Toyota and a Kia. When I saw the Kia Soul I was very impressed it was perfect for me honestly.
S/O to Lamont for helping me with the whole process. He made everything really easy and manageable. I was very comfortable. He even stayed a little later since I work strange hours.

I wanted a car that was as roomy as my old car and this one fit the bill perfectly. A good size with plenty of room for 4 adults.
Battles Nissan gave me terrific, timely, and personal family style service to test drive then buy the vehicle I needed. Hospitality and location is great, near the Cape Cod Bourne rotary just over the bridge. This car meet all my needs!! In the 4 yrs I never had a single service issue outside of normal service things. It just lost its value really fast which is the only reason I traded it.
Went to battles looking to buy new Michael Mele was an awesome help on deciding on my new Rogue ! Also when I picked it up Corey Amaral was a great help on showing me all the accessories ! Overall great experience at battles Nissan Very friendly crew over there !

Consumer Report rated this car as one not recommended. I bought this car new over five years ago and have no problems at all. I sometimes don’t know how cars get there ratings. I feel real good about car.
This is a sort of a bitter sweet service as this will be my last oil change there after being a customer for more than 6 years. I have decided to trade my Armada 2011 for something different. The service and people before and now the new management has been wonderful, unfortunately I felt the rust issues with this SUV is more than I can stand or want to pay for. Having called Nissan about the problem only to have fallen on deaf ears and having ready many articles about the problem it seems that Nissan knew about the problem for many years and having done nothing about it including the very new Armadas , so i have to walk away at this time. I do plan to buy another truck within the next few weeks as we are planning another road trip and really don???t feel safe in this truck making this kind of trip. The CVT transmission is just garbage.it fell after 60k miles. I was lucky it was still under dealer guarantee. Transmission fell again. Right after the 12 month guarantee. never buying a nissan again.
Great service manager. Vehicle was serviced and cleaned. Battle???s Nissan is the best....My vehicle is also the most enjoyable ride I???ve ever experienced..Thanks Nick for your professionalism and hospitality.
Used faulty power steering pump

Power steering is loud and whining but Nissan says it is normal noise. Changed to different power steering pump in2018 but won’t replace 2017 pump
I had an excellent car salesperson Heather who showed the cars that were available and allowed me to test drive a few that interested me. She was low pressure but called me several times with additional cars that would fit into my price range. I was finally able to find a Nissan Rogue that fit into my budget Heather again was helpful in getting me a good deal working with the Sales Manager at Nissan.

This car runs very well, has all the technology I need, and looks great. I don't need anything more than this. And it has great safety features too -- and auto-start!
I???ve been shopping around for a 2-3 year old used car for weeks and was becoming discouraged and exhausted. I started wondering if good customer service really existed any more. Browsing on The internet I found a car that really grabbed my attention so I picked up the phone and called Battles Nissan in Bourne. Wish I had started there first, I could have save a lot of time and aggravation. First impression means everything and doing a good job over the phone can be difficult but when Brian, the manager, came on the line he ???had me at hello???. Brian was polite and sincerely interested in my business with out being pushy. Brian and I agreed on a time to come in for a test drive and explained that Michael (Mike) Mele would guide me through the remainder of the process. As promised I was enthusiastically greeted at the door by Mike who made me feel extremely comfortable and valued as a customer. My red, fully loaded, ???2016??? Nissan Rogue was heated up and ready to go for a spin. Mike came for the drive and in detail went over all the assets of the car. The purchasing process went smoothly with out a hitch. This car is great so far. It gains speed quickly, has a quiet engine, the interior is very spacious and the enhanced bluetooth features make it even better. I'm still learning all the other bells and whistles but so far I love it!
I can't say enough about Battles Nissan! I worked with Noah and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely easy to work with. He didn't pressure me into any one vehicle, but rather let me test drive everything that I wanted ad even made a recommendation (the car that I ended up buying) based on my tastes and the features that I had in my current vehicle. When I waited for him to bring a new test drive up for me, the manager, Brian, and another salesman, Corey, kept me company. I felt like I was spending an evening hanging out with friends. It was a wonderful experience. Matt in the fiance department is amazing! He worked with me to make sure that I had the best/most cost effective coverage options on the car and worked the financing in a manner that left me with a payment that wasn't going to break the bank. He was very friendly and humorous. I had a lot of fun working with him.
